Shere Khan Restaurant in St. Helens

Iv used Shere Khan quite alot but my order has been wrong 3 times on the last few visits despite stating clearly what my order was.I specifically asked for them to get my order correct. Salad and mint sauces not put in with my order.(it's infuriating).On ringing them up their reply was "oh sorry,we'll put extra in next time".That just isn't good enough and the fact they can't get the order correct lowers the standards of the outlet.This may not matter to them but they need to know that getting customers orders right is very important.My last order was 30.6.22. That time i got 5 sauces but a salad short (i ordered 3 mint sauces and 2 salads for the two starters)but on other occasions iv had no salad and no sauces.I can't knock their food, food is very good and 5 stars for that,i give 3 stars because of their lack of attention to detail in getting the my orders right.It's just not good enough when i'm paying good money,for myself or any other customer.Like i said,it's 3 times it"s happened to me and it's put me off using them again because their food is lovely.I rang Shere Khan and told them how i felt and wasn't happy and said i may not use them again.His reply, "ok no worries".They clearly not bothered.Has anyone else had similar problems ?

We've ordered from here many times before most times we've collected & odd times had meals delivered, tonight we had it delivered the rice was cold & watery, the chicken tikka masala was steaming hot but dry & rubbery as though been warmed in microwave & either over cooked or remains of day before, recipe has been changed so now far to spicy, the naan bread was ment be garlic naan & was tasteless, onion bhaji dripping in grease & week old salad pot, not at all happy with the food, seems like once you've order from them a few times they stop bothering with attention to detail in the food, WILL NOT BE WASTING OUR MONEY HERE AGAIN 0 RATING

Got food from here on way home from work most weekends & always been ok up to the last few weeks, I've noticed a change in food quality & most of the menu has now added spice, you get less meat & a container full of sauce, why the need to change I don't know & tonight was disgusting, parts of the main meal turned up cold & other was piping hot but like it was days old & just been reheated, chicken was like rubber inedible, rice hard, after 2 fork fulls the lot went in the bin, total waste of money, will not be going again, do not recommend gone downhill massively, doesn't even deserve one star but won't let u give zero

Biggest and best kebab I've had in town. It's a proper challenge to finish their King Kebab, it weighs over 1kg only the meat!!

First time here, and tried a dish I'd never had before anywhere. Tasty enough, though could have been a tad hotter, spice wise, but I think that changes between different places anyway. Will return for more!

Disappointed. Was expecting better really but delivery arrived cold (although at the time estimated) and the lamb tikka was so tough and fatty it was inedible. Shame as I had high hopes. Maybe just a poor choice from the menu but probably won't order again.

Absolutely amazing food as always. King prawn puree followed by lamb Tikka lava and chicken carchi. This chef is awesome thanks and will be ordering again 😀 👍

Ordered at 5pm xmas eve, expected a long wait. Wasnt bothered about the 90 mins delivery time. Food came and was awful, poppadoms were stale and chewy. Chicken TIKKA pathia was ridiculously spicy, couldnt eat it. (Usually always get this curry from here but tonight it was inedible). The naan breads were chewy. Keema naan was just tomato paste spread on the inside, no meat. Will not order from here again and I've used this place for years. It's all in the bin and we are still all hungry.

Had it delivered. Came on time and though they did leave a kebab out they were very apologetic and sent extra food with second delivery to say sorry. Mixed kebab was delicious, huge, and the chips are chip shop quality. All in all very satisfied
