Starbucks in St. Helens

Shocking been a few times now 2 sit in with my family and got take away cups I ask a lot of people this and they say they get take away cups as well this needs to be sorted as you pay to sit in with a take away cupI ask for a normal cup and all I get is we have 4 cups that is it I look around and every1 in there as take away cups this is so wrong get it sorted

Another £100 parking fine (sorry, £200, considering my friend's!), another 1* review! By far the most expensive coffee of my life, far more expensive than Kopi Luwak! Totally speechless! Clearly these people don't even care: do they really need customers? It would be nice to receive explanations from the management, assuming that there is one at this point, as not a single review has received an answer.

Caramel frap with a nice shot of coffee what more do you want to start the day...... It's a shame it's so addictive lol

My Favourite is Starbucks coffee only. Because Good tease more than other brand coffee.I'm away go for Starbucks

Very good. Lovely cake and great hot chocolate. No fuss when I asked for less milk than what would normally be put into hot chocolate. Thanks for my wonderful experience!

My first visit to Starbucks and it was lovely. The staff were attentive and professional. I enjoyed my coffee (cappuccino) very much. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed. Well done to Starbucks, I will be back.

worst staff. unprofessional and childish behaviour on the drive through. They look at you like zombies and take order without a clue about the menu. microphon is not working and they will take money without making sure if they got the stuff Available. They will stand right infront of you and gives you a dead stare without any reason.Rude as hell.MANNERS COST NOTHING.

This seems to be the only Starbucks that doesn't know how to make a lemon ice tea properly. As you can see from the picture the drink is just syrup, I watched the guy put 8 pumps of syrup into the drink? It's not supposed to have any. The last three drinks that I have bought from here have been terrible. They also don't do uber lids for takeaway drinks and the kids that serve you all seem to have attitude problems.
