Subway in St. Helens

The food was fine, no problem there. But the staff were beyond useless. It took 10 mins for the 2 staff members to make 2 kids meals. Part of a kids meal is a colouring book and crayons. She picked up the crayons and 3 of the 4 crayons fell out the box. She noticed them hit the floor and then just proceeded to put the 1 left over crayon into the meal box and act like nothing happened. My lad was not happy about that. On top of that, they seemed more interesest in chatting with each other than actually serving customers (who had started lining up because it took so long to get 2 kids meals) poor guy behind us only wanted a coffee as well. Won't be going back. Few mins away on the retail park is a much bigger, nicer subway with nicer and more professional staff

Dorito nachos barely came with any salsa dip, just a tiny bit in the middle, same with the cheese so I just basically got some Doritos in a box. Bowl of meatballs were okay. Footlong nacho chicken barely had any peppers or sauce and the bread was rock hard. Everything was cold.

Place is falling apart and unclean. No music. Staff look like they are on anti-depressants or something. Dark and cold. I took the opportunity to photo some of the points mentioned in my review. Donut was also somewhat stale.

The old woman who works there needs to go, I think she's the manager. She's very rude to customers and does not give the correct portion sizes.

The location is good, but the restaurant staff are extremely ignorant, they treated me very badly, I do not recommend

Ordered online, multiple items missing from delivery, subs a mess. Disappointing - don’t waste your time here, order from somewhere that employs people with brain cells instead.

Very disappointed. Clearly got orders to serve online customers first, customers in shop just left to stood there. If was up 2 to me I would av walked out but my partner wanted to stay. Absolute joke then spent nearly 8 quid on 3 meatless meatballs and a little scoop of so called spicy beef. ABSOLUTE JOKE. The service and the price a total joke. Staff lovely and felt sorry for em STAY AWAY

We ordered from this subway last night (using ubereats) and we were so pleased! Food was quick and well made and thank you to the staff member that wrapped my veggie sandwich away from my husband's meat one- it was really thoughtful and excellent customer service!

I stopped going subway a while ago but I went the other day and a lot has changed on their menu I really enjoyed it good was really nice and you can't complain about the price. Place was clean and the staff were nice. For the price off the coffee it's really good as well it's not the finest coffee in the world or anything but for £1.80 it's great.

I have been to plenty of subways around the northwest. All have been ok to good as regards to the staff.. but this one! Well the staff don't have a clue. Especially her with no teeth in. They don't seem to listen to what you are ordering. You politely try to correct her and she flies of in a huff. I just walked out never to go in again.
