Friendly staff and clean venue. Food is very cheap and I guess you get what you pay for. Not the best roast dinner in the world, but edible. OK, for the price, though. The best thing is the staff they are so friendly and helpful. Kids' play area seemed good as well, but my kids are too old for that, so I didn't venture in.

I would just like to say how amazing the staff are. If I could give more stars I would. So attentive, went above and beyond to make my 40th Birthday extra special. The food was amazing and everything was timed to perfection. This is the venue to book. Thank you all for making my night a one to remember. Unfortunately for you we will be back 🤣

Great staff,great food, great play area. The only thing missing was a nice Sauvignon blanc behind the bar!!

Went here today and have to say I was shocked at how dirty this place was, dried up sick in the play area and sticky tables and chairs, even rubbish behind the slide when smaller children would play. One staff working and she couldn't even manage a smile to paying customers. Food was ok and is what I'm giving the stars for. How you can charge for this small play area is beyond me, advertising as free soft play would get you more custom and people might not feel robbed for paying for a sick and dirt covered play play area.

Bouncy castles, play area outside & soft play area inside! Lovely food with ample seating. Adults with no children can sit in another side of the pub/restaurant in peace. Only lost a star because the bouncy castles were in need of repairs or renewal due to holes everywhere. One actually went down due to system overheating! Other than this you wont find friendlier staff anywhere! 👍

This large traditional pub caters for locals and others. It has a function room, large lounge/ dining room and an indoor play area/ soft play. It also has a large patio and large grassy area with a wooden assault course for children and bouncy castle when the weather permits. It serves a good range of beers, wines spirits and cocktails. Also the food menu is extensive, unexpectantly. All the food is cooked to order. The detail is very good, portion size is more than adequate and the service is always excellent and professional. Surprising for a pub, but go and see for yourself, and despite needing some updating in areas and a lick of paint, you will not be disappointed.

Had a lovely meal here with family and friends, it is their local. Thanks to Chris, Hayley, Kate, Jimmy, Andy and wee Lily Rose for meeting us.The meal was amazing, the mixed grill and the salt and pepper chicken tenders were top class.The staff were friendly and helpful especially when the wee one tried to drink her fruit shoot in one go then regurgitate it.3hrs away from home but worth the drive to have top quality food with top quality friends.

Great meal, I had Steak cooked the way I wanted it it was lovely. We're a big family get together about 25+ of us everyone enjoyed there meals not 1 bad word. New owner so well worth a visit. Only 1 problem No Cask ale. But can work on that. Great out door area and indoor play area for the kids had to drag them away.
