Willows Fried Chicken & Pizza in St. Helens

Waited 2 hours for food to be told they had delivered it. Obviously gone to the wrong house, would not send replacement so I had to go to the shop for a refund. Never again.

Gets a little busy some evenings, nice food, but the service let's it down a little. A good range on menu and it's about right for the money.

Unbelievable food at good prices, staff very friendly, would defo recommend others to visit..

The cheese on the pizza and garlic bread is some kind of processed watery curdled slop with a sickly smell. The topping almost non existent on a mattress of bread. Jalapenos just taste of vinegar and veg chopped into tiny fine cubes and sparsely spread in effort to save a few pence on ingredients. Go elsewhere, this is not value for money. All the food went in the bin. Avoid

Best takeaway around!! Wasn't sure as we are new to the area but I won't be going anywhere else now. Amazing fresh food! And was piping hot!

Was a complete disaster!!Driver got lost and struggled to find address even after a lengthy phone call giving directions.Food once finally recieved was lukewarm at best... poorly cooked calzones and even found hair in chips n cheese.Dont mean to be so harsh on the review but even my dog turned its nose up.Hopefully I can prevent someone from making the same mistake I did and definitely wont be ordering from here again.

Im sat in here waiting for my food. Already been here over 30 minutes. I only ordered a burger and fries. I will never come walk here to order again. Only order from here through just eat because as a walk in u are left waiting forever.

The absolute worse I waited over 2 hours for my delivery and when I tried to phone millions of times to let them know they wouldn't answer the phones. DON'T GO THERE

Ordered takeaway this evening at 6pm on Justeat, which said the order should be with us for 7pm. It’s now 19:40pm and our order isn’t here. I’ve tried calling but keep getting the message ‘user busy’. So we’ve wasted nearly 2 hours of our time waiting for food and we still don’t know if it’s coming!! Would NOT recommend.

Was ok but won’t go back chicken burger really bland so nothing to right home about.
