Wok's Crackin in St. Helens

I ordered a veggie noodle box that had beef in it. I took it back, and was told it was mushroom. They made me feel stupid, I know what a mushroom is and it was certainly beef.Not even a sorry, just given my food back.Just disappointed.

Got my meal on time, food was hot and nice. Give a 4 out of 5, still got some to improve

Rubbish food. Crispy duck was more like yesterday's refried crispy duck, it was awful. If they had ever heard of seasoning I would be amazed. Almost £50 of stuff that tasted worse than a £10 bag of Tesco takeaway. Avoid.

Received my order, was missing part of my order, when I rang to see where my missing food was they called me a liar and refused to send the missing parts, worst experience ever would not recommend this Chinese to anyone!

I pay over £5 for salt pepper chickenAnd most of it is onions

Used to definitely be the best place to buy food from but absolutely gutted.Last 2 times I’ve ordered it tasted worse than a microwave meal.Sorry but you’ve lost our custome .Normally spend £40 + aswell each time 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Shocking service!!! If I could have rated them no stars at all I would have done. Ordered food online at 17:40 xmas eve, website said a 60 minute wait for delivery. 2 hours later, nothing had arrived. After numerous attempts to contact them someone finally answered the phone and told us the food was definitely on it's way. After waiting yet another hour, still no sign of anyone. We then tried ringing again to cancel the order, surprise surprise it was constantly engaged. The food arrived almost 4 hours after ordering, by which time I had cooked a meal for us and the kids were ready for bed. We are now fighting to get our money back. Not impressed at all and will definitely not be ordering from here again!

The salt and pepper chicken pieces were nice, however the portion wasn't great as it was mostly filled with onions compared to meat. The crispy shredded chicken was average, but the sauce was disgusting.The sweet and sour sauce which came with the chicken balls was rancid and smelt of fish 🤮. I definitely won't be using them again. This is nothing like a authentic Chinese

Order food at 5.30, got an email saying estimated delivery time 6.45. After numerous attempts to contact them on phone at 7.23 they finally answered saying food would be delivered in next 5 minutes. Finally at 7.45 food was delivered stone cold and had to reheat. Never again will order from here and gutted our usually takeaway was closed

Ordered on Just Eat. Said my order had been delivered when it hadn't.Had to ring up to be told it was just on its way....Arrived close to 30 mins later. Must be Manipulation of delivery time targets or something through Just Eat.
