Asda in Stockport

Asda staff are very helpful your sugar free coridials are very good but you have not had the apple coridial in and it would be great to see it back on the shelfs

Ok, staff a little unhelpful.I was using self-service it took a while to get assistance they were unmanned. When someone came they seemed a little bothered by needing to help.But I have had many good experiences too :)

Disgusting till staff and manager. Discriminative jobs worth attitude. Lie to your face and make customers aware of you're personal private details. No customer care. Won't be using them again with such horrible staff!!!Delivery wise not sure where deliveries come from . They usually never have half your stuff come delivery day but I will say that the delivery drivers have all been lovely amd hard working. Really liked all of the drivers

Isles have been redesigned to accommodate mobility scooters, and give customers plenty of room to move around, no longer are there product baskets dotted around the isles, and it's much more pleasant to shop here now. The cafe is second to none for the price.

OK, simple as this:Relatively small Asda with free parking and friendly staff. It's always well stocked and it's convenient for clock and collect orders.Not an awful lot else to add!

Went to the café first; only two choices of main meals. Picked one, it took absolutely ages to arrive eventhough there was only three people in there. Then was told there was no mayo. ( get some from the shelves?). In the store itself, the fruit and veg Isle half empty ( it was only lunch time), no hay, no 3 in 1 coffees, not much of anything really. Very disappointing.

A very mixed bag today , there was only one young lady member off staff willing to go the extra 3 feet . (Miles don't come into it) but sadly most are being driven so hard by the management or the store culture that engaging in a simple request or conversation seem to be the most difficult thing this side of the pennines. Well stocked store and staff are friendly. I do my regular weekly shop here and can get everything we need. The offers are usually good and on a rotation with a lot of things but it's always worth checking out new offers.

Another retailer where you need to check you items at the till, bought a Meal deal for 2, advertised as roll back price of £6 but scanned at £7 at the till,(how many have been bought and customer has not noticed) second shop I have been in today that has done the same, Home Bargains in Peel Centre also at it. Only use Asda as a last resort as the access is via a series of ramps which are not for the elderly.

What a confusing place. Couldn't find an walking entrance from the main street. Scan and go wasn't working properly its all a bit of a miss mash and a very ugly building which doesn't deserve to be in the town center which has some lovely historic buildings
