Bredbury Hall Hotel in Stockport

Really impressed! Defiantly staying here again. Such good value for money.We stayed in one of the renovated rooms, which was large, comfortable and very clean.Staff were charming and excellent breakfast.The grounds were lovely and quite and the historic decor was nice.

Not been here in years but went to a birthday party. Prices on the bar quite reasonable, but the decor hasn't changed still has the feel.of what it used to be like. Needs an update but still had a good time

Lovely venue for my nephew and his wife who were renewing their wedding vows. Due to his ill health, they married during covid and could not have friends and family attend.The venue, along with "Gift of a wedding" made their day perfect from start to finish. Cannot rate them highly enough 😍

Nice big room and comfortable bed, it is the staff that make this hotel a great place to stay. They are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Would thoroughly recommend.

Stayed for two nights and delivered training in one of the training rooms (Goyt suite).Staff can't do enough for you and the rooms are really nice.My room had a balcony, with a view of the river.Food is very good and the setting is lovely.Catering for the training was great and there was plenty of good quality food for the delegates.

I recently visited Bredbury Hall for lunch and thought it was excellent, would definitely recommend if you're in the area and friends staying there were really pleased with the accommodation.

Don’t believe everything you read… I’m known in our family as ‘fussy’ with regard to dining out but was not disappointed last night. Excellent three course meal as part of the Valentines package, nice presentation, although delivered a little later than expected due to staff shortages so the two chefs did an excellent job to cater for a full dining room of guests. Hotel staff throughout were attentive, especially Oliver (here, there and everywhere) the lovely drinks waitress in the restaurant who sought some after dinner mints for us 😉 and the breakfast greeter this morning, very jolly man. Great breakfast too, all fresh and plenty of choice. Felt relaxed on a much needed mini break following radiotherapy. Night club just how we remembered it, great night. Stayed in a comfortable superior room with two double beds and extra large walk-in shower. We will return soon 😊

Stayed here for work, staff upon check in were nice. The lady let me in my room early too. Didn't try breakfast as had work before their start time. Annoying lift was broke as had to carry bags to 4th floor and key cards kept not working. Had a massive room, TV, big bathroom and bath too. Free biscuits were a nice touch ☺ Also, free parking onsite.

Food disgusting cold and bland. Unfortunately not the same hotel as we visited 3 months ago , there's no quality to the dishes at all this time round no Sunday roast!!! We where gutted because we loved it last time. The chef also was drinking in the bar after his shift it looked highly unprofessional just seems that the place is on the way back to the bottom again!!! Barman looked like he was in need of a good bath ad his finger nails where Black.. stay away from this dump.Room was OK but only OK .Bar area in brasserie was filthy and tables need wiping... it actually makes you think who runs this dump.. absolutely no standards!!!!

Don't understand the bad reviews??? This hotel is more than accommodating , we booked in for a Xmas dinner for 12.30 with the girls we really enjoyed the food!! we had generous portions of turkey and some of the others had the salmon in which it looked lovely... the dessert was a chocolate cherry tart with fresh vanilla cream 10/10 for presentation and service.1
