Bulls Head in Stockport

Vietnamese chicken tacos were absolutely out of this world. Tasty. Full of flavour and spice. Accompanied by a few pints of cold Moretti with beautiful company.Karen and team looked after us really well. Service was perfect. Would highly recommend coming here. Not your average "pub gtub" establishment.

Great place to eat. Nice and spacey so you can have a conversation at a comfortable speaking level. For was absolutely fantastic and well worth the reasonable prices. No rushing or feeling pressured, staff so friendly and attentive, but leave u to enjoy your meal great place

Lovely atmosphere had pizza which was delicious 🙂Visited for a second time and enjoyed a delicious chicken kebab. The service was really good and I would highly recommend. 🙂

Really good Pub with Great food .Good atmosphere , lots of seating options and a nice menu .No real issues i would probably say they need more staff. Theres always a delay when ordering and this is expected given how busy they do get but the staff are run off their feet. You can feel their frustration and urgency which doesn't necessarily impact the service but certainly makes the customer aware they are under pressure. Not under the same urgency as the staff , the customer then feels obliged to make decisions quickly to coincide with the staffs time restraints .

Had a great experience here. Staff were welcoming and professional. The pub and beer garden were clean and well kept. Food was fantastic and reasonably priced. Like that they use local suppliers. Beer quality and choice was also very good. Dog friendly. Would recommended.

Wow, this is a far cry from the old Bull. Lovely decor, great music and good food with locally sourced products and, of course, Robinson's ale. Hope you don't mind constructive criticism 🙂 Menu could do with enlarging. Very small print. The chef could rethink the beetroot and goats cheese salad. Massive portion of goats cheese. 1 slice and a third ingredient would be better. Very fresh and lovely flavours though. I will definitely give the Bulls Head another try.

Lovely place, all newly refurbed. Fabulous beer garden to rear, friendly service and the food was excellent! Brilliant to see Marple on the up again with places like this springing up. All produce from local businesses too, so you really are supporting local with this one!

Have eaten here twice since the refurb over lockdown and both times it's been great. The staff are friendly and professional, the decor is good, drinks are nice and the food is absolutely spot on (try the chicken tacos, you won't regret it!). Landlord seems nice and you can tell he's keen to offer something decent.
