Like any other Costa coffee, would be better if it had a drive thru.

Not a case of what we had, more a case of what we didn't have opportunity to have. Looked on Google, currently open, closing time 18.30. Walk through Stockport, closed, at 16.00. Ridiculous time to close in a town centre anyway..

Bought new Choclate fudge Frappe and it tasted disgusting, If I was trying it the first time I wouldn’t have know the taste. I bought exact same frappe from odeon costa trafford centre and it was delicious, it had brownies or fudge chunks, I could taste the coffee and chocolate but the one I bought today, was disgusting, no chunks, couldn’t taste the coffee and it just tasted watery the guy wasn’t interested in working, looks like he was frustrated from another customer, as being a customer I don’t want to see that behaviour, at least a nice greeting would do!!! A simple Hello or Hi. Just had an Awfull experience. Also i wanted new mango frappe as-well and that wasn’t available, not sure why as wasn’t given a reason but it’s good I didn’t get it as my money would have been wasted!!!!

Excellent service and brilliant coffees sold here. Lots of delicious, neat cakes and other foods offered, only issue is that it usually fills up quickly and finding a table and somewhere quiet to sit can be quite difficult at certain times.

·

Nice environment to sit and enjoy a hot drink... However, at-the-counter service, awareness and care, could be a bit more pleasant, hence why it's 4 stars

Awful staff. Went on 28/03/22 and they were short staffed with only 2 people, which I totally understand makes it a lot harder. The older woman was incredibly rude. I asked if there were any napkins etc to wipe the table with and she said she’d be over in a minute. We waited a few minutes and because she was busy didn’t know if she’d forgotten and so my grandmother just asked again if there were any napkins we could please use. I knew that she was so busy and that we were pestering her and so I apologised and said i know I’m sorry when she came over and went ‘I can’t do 12 jobs at once.’ She then went ‘you don’t need to be rude about it’! We were both in shock! I said she wasn’t being rude thank you very much, she was just asking! If they’re such short staffed that employees are snapping at customers then they shouldn’t be open! Disgusting behaviour and a large number of the tables were filthy so yes that is a job you need to do! She needs to get a grip of her attitude and get some anger management!

Gets rather busy sometimes, whilst the baristas seem to be doing their best can't help but think they would benefit from another member of staff.

Queued for 19 minutes ordered two teas, the staff were OK, not major friendly but suppose its 4.45 on a Saturday and they are tired. The condiment sections were empty, asked a young girl for sweetener, and just got we haven't got any. 1 sachet of sugar. Not good when you are eating healthy and you are with a diabetic

Salted caramel & cream frostino, I always get asked when people see me with this drink in my hand. Thank me later. Don't forget the whipped cream ontop. Definitely save this for your cheat day.

Queued for nearly 10minutes only to get to the front place my order and I was told they dint have any chai latte, no apology or sorry for your wait. How hard is it to write a sign at the door to inform us about it. Disappointing
