Crossleys Sandwich Shop in Stockport

Buffet prepared for a evening for a special occasion . Food was definitely prepared the day before , everything looked sweaty and anemic. And to add flavor bbq sauce was just squirted over things . Extremely disappointed as most of the guest was hungry but yet noones plates was empty as the food was unacceptable , bland and some inedible . The majority of the buffet was thrown away with alot of people going across to the local store for prepacked shop sandwiches and things . I understand that certain things need to be prepared the day before but to ensure that it's to a standard of quality and cooked thoroughly and be appealing for people to actually want to consume .

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. I always do big orders for my colleagues and they are fantastic never any issues.

The best breakfast barms and viennas to be found anywhere locally. Quality ingredients and always cooked to perfection. Missed it when I moved out of the area a few years ago but having moved back it's great to see that it's still as good as I remember. Very reasonably priced too.

Great establishment for anything from a breakfast to a wide selection of cakes etc. Lovely staff, and great food. Just a slight wait for my order, which I'm sure, if I'd phoned ahead, would not have been an issue.

Went in the other week for a bite to eat and waited a little.. reasonable prices... food decent! Coffee wasn't that great but all in all not a bad experience would go again!
