Crown Inn in Stockport

Nice local pub. Big beer garden with stage and live music on Fridays and Saturdays but unfortunately not till 10pm. Friendly staff, great selection of real ales although slightly off their best on a Tuesday

Redecorated and reopened fairly recently. Has retained the feel of a traditional pub and has a very good selection of beers. Maybe a few more local beers?

Lovely pub, owners are a nice couple also. Food is ment to be nice, I've yet to try. Good at the weekend open late on.

Reopened and selling a good range of real ale, in good form when I tried it. Food menu of burgers etc looks good value.The pub now features a number of TVs showing sports events, but these are not particularly intrusive.An iconic pub because of its location and past glories, it seems off to a good start in its new life.

Not sure if other reviews here are confusing with same named pubs but for clarity this is the crown beneath the viaduct. Nice decor from previous, great selection of beers and the burger is best in the area for my money. Staff really friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to the upcoming events. Thanks 👍

Poorly patronised for a Saturday afternoon. Had been looking forward to re-establishing my acquaintance with this place. Excellent selection of ales, but the Wainrights I sampled was far from a good pint. Maybe a case of too much choice and not enough throughput. I won't hurry to return.

Early days yet, but this looks like a return to the Crown at its very best. Good beer, friendly staff, classic interior and exterior.

Back from the dead, the management are trying to get people through the doors in a very difficult period in history for the hospitality trade.Putting on sky sports, music and tribute acts should be a crowd pleaser but does this contradict a core clientele who come here for the huge range of cask ales on offer?By the way, nice, cheap food is on offer with a couple of veggie options for those that do.Good to have you back, Crown.

Brilliant traditional pub. Very friendly staff! Amazing views of the viaduct.

cleaned the pub up nice it's needs a bit more work on the detailing average range of beers similar to Spoons but a bit more expensive
