Dommino's Pizza in Stockport

Ordered a Pizza and Wings through the website at 6.10pm, the delivery slot was supposed to be 7.30pm, I called the store at 7.45pm, I was assured that it would arrive in 15mins, I called again 30mins later and they said it had been delivered, it had not I was told it would be with me in 15 mins, I had to chase it up 4 more times, each time being told it would be 15mins, it eventually arrived at 9.45pm. I filled in the complaints form on the website and have had no reply, I will not be using Domino's again as their competitors are so much more reliable.

Domino's pizza, so you know what to expect. Big tasty pizzas, with a decent amount of topping. Cooked on time.

Everything about this store has gone down hill.The food , the delivery speed and the customer service. Never again

If I could give zero stars I would the attitude from the delivery driver was awful to start, I live in a multi story building he told me on the phone I’d have to come down he’s not allowed in hed have to ring his manager baring in mind they have previously come to my flat door and delivered, I have a 2yr old ( single parent) which i can’t leave while I go down and get pizza!! I then got a second call from the manager from the shop who stated to me they can’t enter the building because due to health and safety they weren’t insured for stairs and lifts …( is this even a thing) even after informing him of my situation he wasn’t bothered, absolutely disgraceful it’s called delivery for a reason and nothing stated on there website about new regulations about this even for covid. Keep the money and enjoy the pizza clearly more important than the service or worth leaving a child unattended!!!!!

Absolutely shocking service! Ordered food and he rang and said he was outside said they could not deliver to flat door due to it been in a lift!!! And could not risk there health and safety but they was happy for me to leave a baby in bed on her own!!! Will not be returning to dominoes as a company!

ordered pizza & Chicken as couldnt be bothered cooking 40 mins later still not arrived when it finally arrived after chasing it. It was so cold i had to re heat it up shocking for a very expensive pizza

Dry pizza absolutely no sauce and who really wants to pay the extortionate prices for this bland pizza,I suggest buying a 99p pizza from aldi and add your own toppings,try it 🤔 I guarantee you will save money and it tastes better.

Dominoes more like dominant my life with your pizza. This pizza was life changing. I'm a new person now. I'm happy with the new me. I simply cant even begin to comprehend the process that domino's has started to do to me. I walk with my feet forth pull

Awful, food sat in drivers car for 40 minutes . Arrived cold undercooked . Was told i would get a refund , 2 weeks still no refund .Tracker app said delivered 30 minutes before it did clearly last on the delivery route

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered a pizza which did not arrive, despite the app tracker telling me it had been delivered. After an hour I tried to call the branch but no one answered the phone. I rang three times.Then I rang the neighbouring branch, and someone answered but fobbed me off, saying that the delivery time was fifteen minutes longer than I'd been waiting, and if it hadn't arrived then to call back. Fifteen minutes passed, no pizza. Called the neighbouring branch and now they're not answering the phone either.After two hours I called a third branch, and finally got someone who seemed interested in offering customer service. He contacted the manager of the original branch, who apparently wasn't at work but assured him "the pizza should have been delivered." I told him to give my number to the manager of the original branch so he could call me to resolve this. Never got a phone call. Never got the pizza. Complained on the Domino's website and never got any response.All in all, pretty appalling and I still want a refund.
