best pizza in uk

Ordered from here for years but it seems after several changes in management the quality and consistency is now too much of a gamble. Had some great pizzas in the past but way too many recently where the cheese and toppings had dried up, ended up tasting like a re-heated pizza. Some of the deep pans arrived wafer thin. In terms of customer service too many orders I placed online got cancelled or rejected without any proper explanation or apology. A real shame as this place used to be our family favourite. On the plus side they do offer one of the best selections of pizza around and the special offers are quite good but you will have to hope you catch them on a good day.

Wouldn't order from here if the last pizza shop in town, rude arrogant staff. Ordered a duck pizza he took payment by card charged fifty pence for it and then only to be told doesn't have any duck made to have alternative. When asked for sauce he wanted to charge me 30p for the smallest pot in the world Said I had no cash as paid by card and considering I didn't even get the pizza I ordered thought would be a Simple good will gesture not all all started arguing with me telling me I had a good deal lol rip off merchants and rude wouldn't ever order from then again. Pizza very rubbery too.

Absolutely disgusting food and the worst customer service I've ever encountered. They didn't care they got my order completely wrong and nearly killed my boy who has an allergy to mushrooms. If I could I'd be taking them to court.

I Have just ordered a pepperoni pizza and I have just got back to find there is one single bit of pepperoni on it.
