Flamez in Stockport

Food literally didn't arrive. I phoned 2.5 hours after the order was placed only to be told by the gentleman on the other end of the line "why didn't you call 1 hour ago to say your food hasn't arrived". For two reasons; the first and foremost being: Why should this be the customers responsibility? And the second being: we have ordered from here over 30 times before and it has literally taken two hours to arrive previously, so we chose to wait it out as we understand it can get busy.After some time insisting to the man on the other end of the line that the food never actually arrived I was accused of scamming the takeaway out of.... wait for it... £17.40.After another 10 minutes, and after we had ordered food from elsewhere, the same man called back saying he accepted they hadn't actually delivered the food and he could get some food out to us "in 10 minutes"... despite the fact the takeaway is a 10 minute drive away. Needless to say I declined the offer and ordered food from elsewhere.It's such a shame that we were treated with such reverence and disrespect over £17.40... and after spending hundreds of pounds for many years. This will be the last time I order food from this abhorrent takeaway. If this stops at least one person from ordering here I will be happy. Adieu.

What a joke of a place, 2 hrs waiting when it said 45 mins!!!When we rang up they said delivery man had just left! Several phone calls made to them each time saying he was on his way this went on for an hr! So cancelled the order and they wasn’t bothered one bit!!!Just tell the truth it isn’t hard but to lie and leave children waiting for there takeaway!!!Never ever will I try these cowboys again

Absolutely disgusting customer service, argumentative and took no responsibility for the wrong order or how to rectify it even though we went through the order 3 times on the phone to make it clear, and a half eaten kebab I got delivered is by far unprofessional and disgusting...I'll never order again! I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star but had to just to post.

Not worth one star. Very rude on the telephone after waiting almost 2 hrs I will not be ordering from this place again I recommend anyone thinking about eating from this establishment to think twice it is ridiculous and the way the speak to you over the phone after already paying for a meal that hasn’t shown up. You people should be ashamed!

Horrible horrible horrible !!!Horrible service food was almost two hours late..ice cold and tasteless cost almost £40 and was disgusting.flamez sort it out.people are on a budget and this is a treat for some families it's just not on.plus I live down the road from this place I could have walked if I wasn't disabled why the two hours wait?Sort it out flamez 👎👎Wish I would have read other people's reviews on this place most just awful.👎👎👎

Not even worth 1star, don't waste your money. Food turned up fast but was cold and naan bread was missing for the special kebab we ordered which was £25. Partner rang up to say the naan was missing the guy was really rude and said he will get the naan bread to us within half a hour. Partner said what is the point in delivering something after already receiving food. We also ordered a cheesy garlic bread that was burnt and had no garlic on it, basically a pizza base with burnt cheese. Very bad customer service, very poor quality of food, amd over prized. Company needs reporting to just eat

Food came cold. Chips hard. Menu not clear. Rung up to complain about an order and the guy on the phone and the chef were not helpful whatsoever. Rather lose a customer than rectify an issue. Disrespectful to say the least. Won’t be gaining my custom in future. Avoid

Cold hard foodI ordered via deliveroo and it came after being late, and the garlic bread was like a book cover and pizza was like a semi defrosted pizza. I foned to complain and got a very bad attitude on the end of the fone. The person told me if I didn't order garlic bread without cheese it would arrive very hard and cold as the cheese keeps it warm. He told me he would send another pizza to us but we had to give him the original order back. Not impressed at all, avoid 😒

10/10Great Service, Great Staff, Amazing Food!The Cornflake Tart & Custard made me reminiscent of Good Times Past! The Pizza was good too, equally cut with toppings equally spread. A very nice meal all in all. Keep it up Lads. Peace. Oz

Me and my boyfriend had a chicken kebab and a donner kebab and the chicken kabab was very very nice I would go so far as saying its the best around the Donna was nice too so all good here thank you
