Garden Bar & Grill in Stockport

Went here for Father's day dinner. Food was perfectly cooked and really tasty. My daughter loved the ribs and her huge childrens chicken sunday dinner (especially the massive Yorkshire pudding). The Big Jack burger was indeed big and hugely satisfying. Would definitely visit again.

I’ve been wanting to try Jack’s bar and grill for a good few years if not longer well probably closer to the 10 years I’ve lived in Stockport to be honest never got round to it until tonight so my honest opinion is the food is absolutely gorgeous you can taste that for sure the quality is amazing this is an honest review of the delivery by the way not eating inside the restaurant so when it comes to eating again with Jack’s I would personally recommend because this is what I would do is eat at the restaurant there was absolutely nothing wrong with the food that came I just think it loses a bit Quality from the moment it is finish cooked to the moment it arrives at your door it’s not as hot which is understandable when you’re having it delivered so moral of this review is if I was going to eat somewhere quality like this I would rather go to the restaurant then I know I would receive it within seconds of it being cooked rather than 20 to 30 minutes obviously this all depends on location how far you live from the restaurant I guess but would fully recommend trying them you won’t be disappointed

Food is absolutely lovely, best piece of gammon I have ever tried (cola gammon) the burger are lovely and the steak is great as well. Very tasty and always cooked as you want it. The deals are really good as well on Tues to Thurs

Just ordered a Sunday lunch delivery via Stockport eats and it was fabulous. Food was hot and very tasty and arrived withing 30 mins of delivery and a nice and friendly delivery driver. £15 but well worth the money! Will definitely be ordering again in the future.

I would give it 3.5 if I could!Food was really nice. The burger was good and the Sunday roast looked ace! (My wife said it was also very good)Service was ok, but I did feel the atmosphere was a little odd. You see it's a small place and the table layout was just a bit funny. They stuck us in the middle of the room and so there was no space to get from the door to the rest of the restaurant! 🤦‍♂️ Lots of the menu was out of stock but maybe it was because we went late in the day.. The other odd thing was they gave us the gin in a wine glass?!? Er.. thats a little weird right?There is lots more space upstairs and a great little kids play area.Toilets are upstairs but of good quality.
