Gulsham Indian Takeaway in Stockport

I have tried a few of the Indian restaurants/takeaways in Marple and personally this is the best and most outstanding place here, and it’s also reasonably good food for money! I would 100% recommend trying it out!, thanks Steve!

Ordered a takeaway from here last weekend and the food was divine. Best onion bhajis I've ever had and all of the other dishes were superb. Will definitely order from there again.

Gulshan is a great take away. There's a good choice on the menu and all at a reasonable price. Shashlik is always something that we choose. If it's a family get together everything that is ordered is perfect, cooked with perfect timing ensuring that it is all fresh off the cooker. The quality is better than restaurant standard. There is almost always a deal offering a percentage off and more off if you collect. To top it all it is consistently good.

Avoid.Can't comment on the food because we didn't get that far. Really rude on the phone; tried to charge me more directly than through Just Eat. Ended up going through just eat, and restaurant declined my order. I called to ask why and he said it was because they were too busy. At 9pm on a Monday.They clearly don't need the business, so I would advise to go elsewhere.

Ordered meal before going into cinema , was waiting for us as soon as we came out and was very good , pleasant staff and good value

Best onion bhajis in Stockport. Gave us a free bottle of coke when me and my mates ordered food separately which is something that other takeaways would never do. Legends

I've been going to Gulshan for a few years now since it opened in Marple, Stockport and it is as good now as it was when it first opened.You can see the chef's cooking the food in the open plan kitchen that is spotless and everytime the quality and quantity is perfect and everything is made fresh.The staff are so friendly and give you a warm welcome and are thankful for your custom. I recommend the chicken Pathia.

Ordered a takeaway to be delivered from their online website. What a wonderful experience, very easy - food arrived nice and hot, seasoned perfectly, not too salty!The lamb tikka biriyani was an impressive portion with lots of lamb and served with a plain omelette on top and a hearty vegetable curry sauce packed with big chunks of potato, onions, peas and carrots. The bhindi bhaji okra was delicious and a good portion size for just £3.50. The yoghurt, chilli and mango sauces were a little on the sweet side but very tasty and they complimented everything else. I also got the veg samosas and my order came with a small side salad and 2 popadoms. Totally stuffed and I have got a lot leftover for another meal. Fantastic value, cannot wait to try some of the other things on the menu!
