Excellent service, ordered and it was with us within 20 minutes. Really great food, hot and fresh

Poor service. The food arrived 2 hours after placing the order, I got a notification to say it was on its way…45mins later and it still hasn’t arrived so called and they said ‘romiley is quite far’ correct me if I’m wrong romiley to Marple at 9 at night should take 10 minutes :| clearly they had not even set off. When they did arrive they left the food outside on the wall, at first I was annoyed in case it fell off but after tasting the food I wish it did it was a shambles. Wasn’t worth 27p let alone £27 that it cost me.

Lovely food pizzas were so good i would die for it best in marpel. I would highly recommend kebabs were so good that my mouth was watering.best service arrived on time and everything😋

Absolutely disgusting service. Have been using these guys for years. This one occasion our pizza was served to us raw. We requested a new pizza to be delivered which we were told could be as long as there is no more than one slice gone. (There was one and half slices gone due to eating one, putting it in the oven and trying to fix it, having a another couple of bites and it still being inedible) when the driver checked he said “sorry there is more than one slice gone “he” said I can’t give you the new one. We called the restaurant. For “him” to scream and shout and my partner, calling us liars. All the while my new pizza is going cold. This cost me £15.00, having never complained before in all the years using them, and politely asking for a fully cooked pizza. I am absolutely disgusted by the response we received. Who ever “he” was should be dealing with customer service. This should have been a simple case of “apologies for your raw pizza, will send a new one out now” we even proved to the driver how raw the pizza was in the middle so he could see for himself. And one and a half pieces of a 10 slice pizza raw does not warrant being screamed at and told we have to pay £15.00 for it. We eventually got our new pizza (cold after the horrendous phone call) and it was lovely. I’ve since complained to JustEat and would have thought by now I would have received an apology from the management. But I’ve heard nothing! Will never use again and will be advising many others not too either!

Hi harlequin placed an order earlier tonight that sadly didn't turn up. With no notification/ response from yourselves. The money has however been taken out of my account. Please let me know how you will be able to rectify this. Many thanks.

Hour late from the expected delivery time.Kabab meat looked old, dry and cold.Very disappointing.When I called up to ask where my food was they never answered the phone.This will be the last time we will be ordering from this takeaway.

Waited nearly an hour from the time it's sent on my online order . Finally gave and awful. Chicken so dry God knows how long it had been cooked. Lesson learnt,.

Curly chips were good. Kebab was abysmal. Asked for salad, got onion and tomato on my kebab with no lettuce or anything else. Meat was horrible and tasted like something you'd feed your dog.

Ive been reasonably hard on Marple takeaways over the years , none have impressed and most even disappointing so its with some suprise im leaving a 4 star review for harlequin.regretably for my diet ive had 2 this weekend , the first a pizza night and then kebab night .Both were dilicious , except the chips were Not . The donner kebab is excellent , the meat really tasty and plenty of it .The calzone is excellent also .They took some time delivering on the sunday night over 1 hour but was with me saturday within 20 minutes so i guess its pot luck but thats an average of 40 minutes and thts not bad.good work guys

I won't use Harlequin Marle again. Ordered tonight. Kebab prepared wrong and rather than make a new one. Just scrapped all meet and salad into new bread. Then overcharged me for them getting it wrong. I've used Harlequin for years, but never again.
