Disliked as one of the waiting staff was useless.Incorrect orders.Incorrect drinks.Coughing over customers.Tried to over charge us £70.00 .Total idiot😔Overall food when correct was good .The venue was also good.Feel sorry for the young woman waitress that had to keep correcting the waiters mistakes !!!Plus having to sort out the incorrect bill.Well done to her she was spot on.

The lamb dinner was nice.it was a nice big meal. Also the prawn cocktail I enjoyed. What I didn't like was the menus were sticky and should have been wiped. There were marks on the chair also. The service was good although a glass was smashed at one point which was a bit alarming. Also I went to the loo but when I got there the toilet was almost overflowing with water and toilet paper with blood on it. It made me feel sick especially in the middle of a meal. It would have been better to close this and put a note on to advise to use ones on the lower floor instead which I ended up doing. My dessert was nice and coffee was fine apart from no milk being delivered. I think there was a problem with the payment machine but worked after a couple of times.

8 of us went for a meal, sat down and waited a while for someone to take our order. When the meals came wasn't that blown away. Admittedly the salmon I had was nice but I was supposed to have had fries with the salmon. What I got I can only describe as potatoes bits. Very small about a cm long. And a bit of lettuce at the side not even a nice salad. Very poor for the price of £15.79

They have terrible service. They don't cook anything good for a example my mums beef was bleeding.the toilets were horrible toilet roll everywhere it's ridiculous. I recommend to not come to this restaurant

Food was pretty good but they are clearly having staff issues. Downstairs bar was closed and only one horribly overworked person upstairs trying to wait table, greet and take payment. He was trying hard running between tables.Very slow and had to re order because the original slip was lost. Shame because I have had good experiences here in the past

Been today for a family meal 7 adults + 2 small children, the staff were welcoming especially Peter, who was very attentive. it was a wet Sunday lunch time & it was quiet.Food was excellent, portion sizes were enough, the desserts looked delicious, sadly didn't have room for one.I have been in the week & the lunch time menu is great value for money. If I had to find a down side, the carpet could do with a hoover.

Food was lovely but the restaurant has a odd vibe and the staff are not attentive to customers. They didn't bring all the food together and we had to remind them to bring the other food. Wasn't asked if we wanted more drinks we had to try and get the attention of the servers. It is the service that let the place down.

The food is gorgeous and their lunch menu is great value and the portion sizes are spot on. We regularly visit here for the all you can eat breakfast as kids eat free so 5 of us get food & drink for £19..bargain!The staff are always very friendly and super helpful too

Wine here was lovely. But the duck pate was awful. It was like dog food and water was coming out of it. Couldn’t even spread it. Also Asked for a medium rare steak and got a very well done dry steak. Apart from that, the lady with the black long hair is absolutely amazing and her customer service skills are fab.
