Visited jalfrei with my boyfriend on Monday and was highly impressed. The food was delicious and flavourful, the staff were friendly and just the right level of attentive and, at just under £60 for three starters, two mains, three sides and four drinks, very reasonably priced too. Especially for Bramhall.

Great food, nice friendly service. Definitely recommend it.

Absolutely appalling experience here. Deal advertised 5 courses for £15.90 Inc any starter and main. All 7 of our party order a starter and main. Bill arrives and they attempt to charge us full price. On being rumbled for their snide duplicity they try to justify it by saying we never stipulated that we wished to have the meal deal. Despite the deal involving ANY starter and ANY main. And nowhere on the menu does it dictate that you have to stipulate that you're choosing the deal anyway. Absolutely scandalous attempt to rip off customers. Truly disgusting. Shouldn't happen in Bramhall.

Has to be the best curry in Cheshire, never mind the curry mile, you'll get a curry smile here!! Food, surroundings and service top notch.

Just moved to the area and had poor experiences in other local Indian restaurants. Found the Jalfrazi and it's good atmosphere, service also some unknown dishes which are great only negative the beer is expensive

I would like to wholeheartedly recommend this establishment. I grew up in the area and occasionally come back to visit. Jalrezi is one of the few places that's remained opened in Bramhall when other lesser restaurants have fallen. The staff are always ridiculously nice, the food is great and yeah, just bloody go.

Been coming here on and off for a few years.Take away this week was not great. Past meals have been excellent as has the service. But we are living in very interesting times. So maybe can be forgiven for the below par take out.May try further afield next time.

I can't fault this place. I've been going for a fair few years now. The service is always excellent and the food is superb too. I've never had a bad meal there. The menu has the normal favourites and a few more unusual dishes. They do change the menu from time to time, so there's often something new to discover. Drinks offerings are pretty standard for a curry house.

Went for dinner to this restaurant. Ordered tandoori chicken and vegetable platter for starters. Tandoori chicken arrived as a sizzler which I wasn’t expecting. Taste was alright. Veggie platter liked the bhajis and felt aloo tikki missed a bit of seasoning. For the mains ordered the vegetable Jalfrezi which I didn’t like it at all. Jalfrezi should contain capsicum, cauliflower, carrots which was missing. It was just a couple of vegetables boiled and spiced.Did I mention that the chutneys that came along with poppadum costed £2.40 which I felt bit overpriced. There was lot of background noise coming from the kitchen mainly of cutlery being arranged or cleaned and also the staff getting in argument with each other which was bit unpleasant. Overall an okay experience.
