KFC Heaton Chapel in Stockport

I waited about 1hr in the drive through and my food was cold , dry and it had less chicken I complained about it but they replayed with not our fault they make mistakes you can’t have mistakes everyday the employees need retraining very rude and the person on the line was extremely rude I drive 20mins just to feed my children.they are too rude to be in this job

Tried to order on two machines but both unfit for purpose. Nobody serving on main tils despite a near empty time including drive-through. Went through the drive through instead where I had to order through a closed window?!? The girl taking the order subsequently f***ed it right up as heard me wrong. Worst KFC in the city by a long shot.

Long ques at drive through. 2nd there is problem of supply chain. Staff gave us limited options to choose. They were appologised for it. But fact is as i analyzed there may b problem with chicken supply or shortage of staff or butchers etc as this is effcecting demand.If some one don't get stuff of its choice then waiting long in queues is questionable and really waste of time and energy.

Easily one of the worst KFC. Staff untrained and grumpy, food cold, I am sure smashed glass door has been like that since beginning of COVID (2 years). Many menu items which all other KFC do they simply say it’s discontinued ( E.g double stacker) wanted Colonels aap offer 3 wings for £1.29. Staff charged me £1.59 even after scanning aap and said ooh it’s gone up.

Sign on the smashed glass door wrong. Order system dosnt work and staff know this but instead of telling you just stand smirking till you go to counter. Food was cold. Staff grumpy. Tables and windows dirty. If i could give 0 stars i would. Look at mcdonalds opposite and the place looks clean and tidy, the staff helpful, food hot. Totol opposite to the kfc.

The staff was fast and efficient but after receiving my order I noticed since when a chicken wing became a chicken wing piece? Giving chicken in the price of chicken piece, I'm surprised no one has complained about this. Well I did and it got sorted straight away which was good but feel sorry for people who don't know the difference between chicken piece and chicken wing. Should have taken the picture but forgot.Staff was good they sorted it right away.

I have ordered from this KFC at least 5 times over the last year and they have always missed items I have ordered. This time, my order arrived without chips, cookies, sauces or a drink. Deliveroo will only refund the missing items despite a ruined meal. I will never order from this KFC again.

We ordered KFC wow box the fried chicken was burnt, overcooked and was probably there longer than it should had been. The chicken fillet on the other hand was undercooked/raw it gave me upset stomach. Will never use this KFC again

Awful food & terrible food hygiene!We visited 1/12/19 & were going to use the drive through, when we got to the window, they told us to come in due to technical difficulties. We went in and the restaurant was filthy. The bin was overflowing and dirty trays stacked on the food counter. I thought that one of the staff went to clean the bin, but instead started shoving it down with a sweeping brush. The feedback from the drive through microphone was piercing.. not sure why they didnt just put a sign up!When we got our bucket of chicken for1 meal, it was meant to have 2 pieces but only had 1 and a tiny wing (see pic.)Would never visit again.

We chose this location because the chicken is halal. Staff were friendly and service time was reasonable. We tried the Southern Bites that we’ve seen advertised and they were tasty. I also enjoyed the spicy burrito - it made a nice change to ordinary burgers/fried chicken.
