I was really looking forward to ordering from here, I had drive past a few times and had wanted to order for a while. I placed my order over the phone and spoke with a man. I ordered a margarita with pepper and sweetcorn and some wedges. I arrived at collected my order, the man had given me the wrong change but I didn’t bother arguing because I needed to get home. When I got home, I I saw that he had given me a veggie sweet with pineapple and mushroom etc, I get bad allergies when I eat mushrooms so I called the shop. I was very calm and explained my order and was received with shouting and being told that was my order. This made me annoyed because I did not call for the point of getting something free or to have an argument. He then made some passing remarks about how he remembered by and I ordered some kebabs as well and just wanted something free, I tried to explain I had not but he hung up. I redialled, even more annoyed but still calm, he picked up and I explained I had just been on the phone and that I had not ordered meat and I know this because I’m a vegetarian. That I also would not orde mushrooms because of my rash. I am dissatisfied and disappointed with the service of this place. I understand it is only a little takeaway, but most takeaways have human communication skills and treat their customers fairly. I was not aggressive, in fact I let a lot of things slide and dealt with the rudeness if whoever owns this runt. Personally, I’ll never be going again, a good businessman wouldn’t lose a new and potential customer. Disgrace.

Food arrived and despite ordering a regular and a large dish, both arrived as the same size. More concerning is that my husband is allergic to dairy and despite requesting no salad and no sauce, his was smothered in garlic mayonnaise, which meant he went without. Also everything was stone cold. I would not recommend this take away to anyone.

Terrible service. Paid for delivery but it never arrived. Complained but they wouldn’t refund or give us the food. Will never use again.

Thank you, after my pizza was not what it usually tastes like, the manager himself came back out with a pizza! that is very much what I’d expect from these guys I’ve known for years and they came through thank you very much guys I really appreciate that! And sorry I didn’t get the address wrong but next time I’ll make sure I get the address right!

Margherita pizza was very bland, no flavourings whatsoever. Arrived cold.My chicken burger was so so.I've had from here previously and the food and delivery was fab.....what has happened???Not good value for money

I’ve just had a pizza from Luciano on my way home after a long days work. . I had to wait 10 mins whilst it was prepared from fresh ingredients and carefully baked. It smelt so good in the car, I stopped to have a slice and it was delicious. Way , way better than any of the other local pizza places. I’m going back for another one !

Truly awful pizza. Been to this local take-away a few times over recent years...and thought i'd give it another try tonight. Desperately poor, the "Riviera" deep pan pizza genuinely had no taste, no taste at all. You had to work really hard to taste even a HINT of tomato in the sauce. £8.90 for no taste at all. They need to really consider the quality of the food they sell or do another business. Totally disappointed, local resident keen to support local businesses but this in not even close to good enough. Sad# Very Sad#
