I feel blessed to have this deli within walking distance. Everything is fresh and homemade, both healthy and delicious. We have been regular customers now for years, highly recommended! The roast chicken bagel with mixed salad is a firm favourite of mine 💓

Easily the best salad (& service) since moving to the NW. Food is cooked & prepared on site. Yummy salad selection & portion sizes are generous. Just wish I could dine there every day.Deli also sells cakes, breads, & pastries, canned goods, & wine. The lady in charge was so helpful, she noticed I wasn't drinking my coffee & she immediately provided me w a replacement. Also all people dining there got complementary ginger cake for dessert. Highly recommend.

Amaaaaaaazing. The food was incredible. Salt beef bagels, gorgeous, salads, to die for, hospitality - beyond expectations.Thank you for making us feel so at home and looking after us so well. This is how eating out should be.

Super breakfast here this morning, all cooked fresh and ingredients tasted special. Lots of lovely, warm touches from the genuine, friendly greeting and goodbye to the kind offer of ginger cake nibbles which came as a very welcome treat (scrumptious, as you ask). Seem to have a loyal customer base and it’s so obvious why. A definite whenever I visit from now on.

Accidently stopped here at the start of our first day exploring the city. Had no idea it'd be such expert level coffee. The young man was friendly and asked how I was, making conversation as I was deciding what to order. This was really appreciated.Later, I went on the Savouring Bath food tour and was agog to realise Lulu's was one of the stops on this tour. I discovered the owner is a Syrian man who honed his craft back home before bringing it to the UK and he is the only Q Grader in the city (expert coffee Pro, basically!). His son was the lovely barista that served me in the morning. They served us the most delicious Turkish coffee that even my non coffee obsessee friends loved. If I could visit here everyday I absolutely would. Could NOT recommend more highly.

The epitome of wokeness. Two tiny bagels with nothing extra for £12. The flavour was lacklustre and the overall service left a lot to be desired. Constantly pressured into buying a salad, they wonder why not? Probably because we wouldn’t have got change from £20... Won’t be going back. Really quite appalled at how ripped off I was.

Gorgeous food, all the staff were really lovely too. Will definitely be back.

This is a gem of a place. We had a lovely sunny lunch with homemade chopped liver better than any I have found in the best places in London. Fresh homemade salads and perfect chicken soup, all topped off with the best ginger cake we've ever had, warm from the oven. Overjoyed to find Lulu's on our doorstep after moving from London and missing a good Jewish deli lunch. The owners clearly put their heart and soul into the cooking. Can't wait to return to eat the rest of the menu!

I celebrated my graduation this evening in this gorgeous place. happy to tell that we had a outstanding evening and the restaurant was undoubtedly the reason for this strong gathering. The waiters contributed in a sweet way, the food was extremely good and my friends were so pleased. We shall absolutely return for more events. Thank you very much.

Since my review below, management have reached out to me and have confirmed their cutlery and crockery is recyclable hence I will add another star to my review. Many thanks for response.Very interesting place for breakfast or lunch in Cheadle. This cafe is definitely a positive addition to the Cheadle community - making it feel more like some of the cafes in Didsbury. It is very clean and had a nice friendly atmosphere. The manegment adhere to the Jewish community, hence this cafe is closed on a Saturday. You will find lots of nice things on the menu and everything is well presented and clean as stated above. The reason I can't give this more than the 4 stars, is based on the disposable plates, knifes and forks and coffee / tea cups. I imagine on a good day this Cafe must go through a lot of disposable waste. Not sure if any of this is recyclable (but I have no proof) so effectively this cafe could contribute to world pollution (perhaps comments from management will put me right on this issue). It would be good to have notices saying the cutlery , crockery is all recyclable as this would get another star from me. And lastly but not leastly there is only one Vegan option on the menu. As we all know Veganism is on the rise and it is always good to have more Vegan options on the menu. On the other hand for the Jewish community it isn't an essential - but for the public it might be. In conclusion I would recommend this place as it gives a fresh look to the Cheadle community and it is clean. Worth a visit if you are in Cheadle.
