Marple Express Takeaway in Stockport

It is absolutely foul. I went here after my nieces baby shower which was in Marpul. I am not a picky eater, needless to say as just take a look at my profile haha…but I could not stomach this. The pizza (excuse my french) looked as if a doggy that had sweetcorn in its poo was sweeped onto a base and thrown in a gas chamber. It was black and brown. I could of used the pizza as a frisbee, it is actually dangerous. It could of knocked my little niece out.Carnt belief you are allowed to be alive.

Ordered 2hrs 11 minutes ago.Food just arrived.Literally chicken needs putting in some bread with salad. Not even any sauce.Terribly complicated it seems.Took 30 mins apparently for the driver to get 2.1 miles. Think it can be walked in almost that time.

Proper disappointing, just warm after asking for a 19.45 collection. Felt like the order was done earlier. Charged £29 when only £25 on the menu . Lesson learned

Ordered a kebab tonight all salad sauce on naan bread ... just received it on pitta bread 4 pieces of meat on it it deffo not kebab meat no sauce or anything never again the smallest donner kebab i have ever seen, had to order chips etc to get the price up to 10 pound big thumbs down

Excellent food, freshly prepared and delivered in a decent time frame. Very good value for money with generous portion sizes. Service is always delivered with a smile both delivery and in the shop. Highly recommend.

Kebabs are good. But all too often things are missing from the order. Once again tonight no can of diet coke.😡

What have I done to deserve such an overcooked pizza ? :(Wedges and garlic bread were both excellent but the pizza which is usually very good was horribly overcooked. The underside (base) of the pizza was brown and tasted burnt, the cheese had gone hard and toppings were dried up.Not sure if this was left in the oven too long or if it had been prepared and boxed up and left on top of the hot oven for too long, waiting for delivery man to collect it maybe ?This has happened to me previously and before posting I have just read another reviewers comments which would suggest this is an ongoing issue at this take-away.Think I will be avoiding here until they sort this out and would suggest you do the same. I need to know the food I am paying good money for isn't going to be ruined when it arrives.

Food great one day, terrible the next!I have ordered many times from here, usually a meal deal as I think the regular menu prices are a bit steep.I have had some nice pizza from here, the wedges are overpriced are often dried up and stale tasting. The main issue I have found however is the pizza arriving horribly dried up and tasting like cardboard.I believe this is due to the chef cooking the pizza and placing it in the box on top of the hot pizza oven. The pizza sits there until a driver is available and slowly continues to ‘cook’, resulting in the dried up ruined pizza I have received on a number of occasions.Guys please don’t leave food on top of the oven for more than a few minutesI would say that I can’t recall any occasion where my order has been incorrect, which is a positive. Delivery can often be quicker than the ETA

Was racially abused just coz I’m Caucasian and found numerous hairs on the pizza. I’m un aware which part of the body the hairs were from. So I thought hey ho might add some flavour. How I was wrong!!! Had to call bomb disposal unit to get rid of it. The pizzas are toxic

Ordered tray of Donner and a donner on pitta with everything plus salt and lemon. Received donner on pitta with nothing else but disgusting weird vinegary lemon. Meat was sub standard. Gave it another go after a botched pizza order through just eat on that occasion I went back to the shop and they blamed it on just eat 😂 And were rude. There won't be a third time lucky 🍀
