McDonald's in Stockport

Only sell ice cream in the winter what an absolute joke don’t make customers wait in a queue then say sorry no drinks , either remove you poster advertising frapes, or sort you machines out, I made my self a promise I will never go to macd ever again, stick to Costa or Archie’s

Not very welcoming. Food not fresh the girl reheated the fries the burger I got was very Rubery. One of the worst mcdonalds I've ever eating in . The tables need a good clean I've been in for 40 mins not once has any staff cleaned the tables when people leave . The staff more intrested in talking to pals . They are not even ordering food.

Went late on about 7.30pm whole place was a bomb site food on every table staff just stood talking to there friends and food cold. This and all the uber drivers barging there way to the front of the cue place been going down hill for a while now.

It's a McDonalds. Screen ordering service always seems quick which is nice. Wouldn't eat in just because it's McDonalds levels of unclean and usually full of noisy kids, which is fine, but not for me.

Having already visited the McDonald's on the A6 by Grand Central and experiencing their lack of products and general chaos we were impressed with the McDonald's in Merseyway. Efficient and food was hot.

Slow service and had to chase up order after 20 min. Was told they was waiting on a burger. Colleague of mine left 10 min earlier on the same burger when they ordered after me ...... very ver poor. No attention to detail to orders. I get it, it gets busy, however an order number is an order number. BTW screwed my lunch as I have 30min. Lunch wasn't finished and binned as I had to get back on the floor........shocking

I'm genuinely quite disgusted by the way certain managers find it acceptable to talk to there staff like dirt on a constant bases. Including telling people to clean the disabled facilities after she's been using the facilities for approximately 15 minutes with an extremely foul odour emitting from the toilet. This was a portly women with pink hairAbsoulty outraged.

After my visit this evening it’s safe to say I am disgustedA large lady in a very tight skirt shouted at another staff member to clean the disabled toilet after she had used it and I have to say the smell coming from the toilet was enough to make me and my child have to flee the area. My child still hasn’t stopped crying, that poor worker a gas mask and hazmat suit for PPE would have been appropriate for the task

We came into the facility and ordered ahead with the My McDonald's app, we sat down and our food arrived but my daughter's bacon McMuffin was stone cold so I asked kindly to one of the new, young staff with very long blonde hair with a black scrunchie in if it would be possible to have my daughter's food warmed up and we couldn't believe her lack of communication skills when she responded by touching the paper that the food was in and said what do you mean so we told her again and she replied what do you want me to do about it, so I replied we just need it warmed up, she walked away with the food and an attitude, she came back with a sausage McMuffin, I went up to the counter and explained this is the wrong McMuffin and one of the higher staff said this is the second time this has came back and the blonde hair girl said that's what you asked for and mumbled something else under her breath. And I replied to the higher staff no I didn't we asked for the bacon McMuffin to be warmed up and the higher staff said you asked for a sausage McMuffin and I replied no I didn't I asked for the bacon McMuffin to be warmed up then the higher staff brought it over with a bit of attitude. This new young lady that has started with the long blonde hair was extremely rude and went out if her way to get the orders mixed up when she knew very well all we wanted was my daughter's food to be heated up, I don't think it's a lot to ask we did pay for it. I wouldn't mind but even when my daughter finally got the food it was still cold, I think It was the same one she gave us the first time. That new young lady who is working there is real trouble and shouldn't be doing that job and I didn't like when we was eating our meal she was stood opposite looking over at us. Terrible customer service.

Me and my fiance we always dine here when we are in Stockport. The staff are always very friendly and very accommodating. The restaurant is always very clean and tidy. The food is always hot when arriving at the table or collecting from the counter. Food for everyone, there are always new things coming on to the menu :) definitely recommend people dining in when in the centre.
