McDonald's Hazel Grove in Stockport

Been there 3 times and ask for a chocolate frappe everytime I got one they had no chocolate filling just the sauce on top this is so they can make them faster and keep the drive through moving naughty of theManagement.

Very poor place 3 separate occasions you order food and I comes wrong I’m staggered how you get happy meal wrong we go for kids treats if you try and eat inside you are swamped by Uber eats people hanging round sitting around dumping cars where they see fit. substandard service!!! I’d give it a 0 if I could.

colleague and i responded to the "spend £10 get £3My off offer . On arrival we decided to "eat in" and selected this option however the volume of traffic , we were told, prevented the transaction payment being processed via the app. An operative found our order and all was well with the food however upon checking my banking app the next day i had been charged the full amount . No discount applied . Irritating but not the end of the world.

It's hard to review McDonalds, as it's food should be the same in every restaurant. This is also the only McDs aroud unless you choose to drive down the A6 to the one near Stockport Train Station. However, I will say this: we have never EVER had a drive through order that was correct, and we have eaten there quite a bit. They always forget something, sometimes entire sandwiches, the chips portions never fill the carton, you never get the sauces you ask for, and my personal favourite gripe is the fact that you place your order at the window, then they hand you your drinks and McFlurrys... then they ask you to park up in the car park and proceed to take 10-15mins to bring the rest of your meal out to you... by which time your McFlurrys are McLiquid. The inside of the restaurant is dirty, and to get to the counter you have to battle past the sea of Deliveroo and Ubereats drivers who are clearly prioritised in terms of getting food out.Oh and the parking of the deliveroo/ubereats drivers is so bad it's dangerous.Do yourself a favour and go to KFC next door instead.

You can't knock their breakfasts. Double sausage and egg meal 😋

Food is quite slow due to juggling Uber drivers, drive thru and inside customers and orders are wrong or missing items abit too regularly but otherwise your typical McDonald's

This is not the 1st time I've complained about a particular meal at this restaurant(cheesy bacon flatbread).This item comes to the restaurant ready cooked and stored ready for when a customer orders it then it goes through a grill to reheat.McDonald's what kind of training do your so called chefs get?Today my 2 cheesy bacon flatbreads was given to me so cold I would not dare eat it unfortunately I was away from the restaurant when I went to eat it only 2 minutes away from the restaurant but in work so I couldn't go back.All reheated food must be heated to 165°F (74°C) to take it out of any danger.To serve pork and dairy products cold is a real health issue and one day you will make someone ill.Get your act together and The Manager check on the products you are putting out there.

Food was a little delayed due to a mix up with the drive thru. We didn’t complain as it was busy so we understood there may be a delay. The shift manager approached us and explained what had happened, apologised, arranged the order to be made fresh and a full refund. So unexpected but very much appreciated. Super professional and lovely staff, food was hot and fresh and we left super happy.

Ordered 3 meals and drinks for myself and my kids on the in-store screen to eat in. While I usually appreciate quick service, the full order arrived at our table within 2 minutes. The fries and burgers were cold and tasteless which leads me to believe that the food had been standing for a while.Also there were some rowdy young teens sat at tables not eating anything so it wasn't a relaxed atmosphere.Would not go to this McDonalds again.

Absolutely brain dead all of them. Sorry but if the order states 3 burger meals then how could you possibly forget the 3 burgers when packing the bag, (you know, the main part of said meals) Meaning we only received 3 lots of fries. And then on the phone have the cheek to blame the poor delivery driver..... I'm pretty sure it wasn't him in the clown outfit behind the counter packing the bag. Useless is an understatement......
