McDonald's - Reddish in Stockport

Absolutely rubbish, everytime we order from justeat, items are missing, how hard is it to actual read an order, put it in a bag and check it. And why is there never any sauces when you order them? Sort your staff out and teach them to do the job properly

New member if staff came to table and dropped a large strawberry milkshake on table luckily the lid stayed on but it still splashed my daughter as I caught it..The 20 piece chicken nuggets good value the Italian burgers are not as good as the photos suggest

AVOID !!!! This has got to be the worst McDonald's in Stockport. Full of kids working there who have no clue what they are doing. The fries were fresh because I asked for no salt but the smell from them knocked me sick. All brown and crusty because they NEVER change the oil. Grand Central is the best 1. Always fresh

Ordered from the app. Click and serve order. I normally look in the bag to make sure all items are there, but I didn’t.Drove home, opened bag and low and behold one of the double cheeseburgers missing 😡.Large fries were the same size as the medium, undercooked and soggy. Not the first time items missing from my order. Not driving back for a refund as it’s £1.60 but it’s not the point or the first time. Poor.

My colleague and i responded to the "spend £10 get £3 off offer . On arrival we decided to "eat in" and selected this option however the volume of traffic , we were told, prevented the transaction payment being processed via the app. An operative found our order and all was well with the food however upon checking my banking app the next day i had been charged the full amount . No discount applied . Irritating but not the end of the world.

There was a group of youths shouting swearing and throwing things. They then proceeded to roll a joint and one of the staff members told then to go and do.it in the toilets. I approved the staff member and they didn't seem overly interested or bothered xxx

First time in the Reddish McDonalds. Food was on time. Unfortunately they had run out of fruit bags but Derek the maître d' was very apologetic and and brought cucumber bags and a McFlurry for our little boy. Derek was very smart and made time for a little chat . I would highly recommend Derek for a commendation. He goes above and beyond.

Needed a quick scran before I drove back home. Was fantastic and filled the hunger spot I had. No faults at all.I used the drive through which was super quick. I ate in the car park and bins were empty which can't be said for a number of maccies.Staff were also super friendly and were very jolly.

Visited Bank holiday Monday at 12.30pm. VERY busy as you'd expect. Staff helpful but obviously stressed. Waited 15 mins for my order. I wanted to sit in but told "Take Away" only. and could only place an order via automated system. I did witness the Manager "i think" say stop taking orders at the till have the customers use the automated system only. What if i wanted to pay by cash ? Food Just ok, but not Hot.

shocking since updated the drive through no where park now when told to wait if waiting on a special order absolute nightmare 😫 waited 15 minutes for the poor lad to try locate my car by registration as I was hidden behind a load of van's as no where to park. that was after me having drive back round the 50% smaller than before car park to actually find somewhere to wait then the food wasn't great either avoid ill stick to the stockport main branch on A6 from now on when do want a McDonald's in future.
