Mcdonald's Restaurants in Stockport

Ok,so where do I start? Waited over an hour for delivery despite even the driver complaining about his wait to deliver. The food turned up looking like a 5 year old had been let loose in the prep room. Never in my life have I seen burgers served on a bed of just lettice (WHAT HAPPENED TO THEBURGER BUN). There was a whole meal also missing,not a bit,but a whole meal (that's mine by the way).phoned the restaurant only to be told that new staff are training and make mistakes. May I suggest in that case you actually supervise your staff until they are trained to use a BUN with a burger. Never again. Its a shambles.

This mcdonalds should be shut down. All the staff need to go on a course for training on how to put things in a bag. Absolute joke there is always something missing. This time pretty much the whole order. You call them and they dont pick up the phone you go down to the store and you dont even get a sorry or a refund all i got was its not our issue you have to take it up with just eat at the end of the day when i order from you, its your responsibility its not the first time this has happened it happens when u go through the drive through if an order says 3 x that my friend means 3 of just for your information

Ordered through drive through, although there was a long queue in front 15 cars you would of thought the food would of been hot. The burgers were cold in the middle, very dissatisfied it's not a cheap takeaway. Yes I know we should of taken it back, we was halfway home so couldn't be botheredLearn by your mistakes.

Absolute carnage in the car park due to how busy it was, and the road works immediately outside. We had to wait a very long time for food due to how busy it was, but it did also seem like people who arrived after us, and ordered in branch, were leaving with food before ours was ready to collect. Staff were very good though.

I know McDonald's isnt gourmet food but today's meal seemed to have been kicked around before it got to me. Unless it was one of those new "assemble it yourself" meals.Whilst I was there, 2 people stood at the counter aggressively swearing that their food wasn't ready and three teenagers stood at the toilet door, repeatedly kicking it.Not the staff's fault but still, you might just want to avoid the place.

Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful; got caught in rain whilst cycling & staff allowed us to park the bikes indoors. Veg food is better than expected. Tho I am partial to a fillet-o-fish too

Well on sitting eating our breakfast I heard more than 3 times the “please whilst in the restaurant wear a mask “ notice , maybe they should tell the foreign delivery drivers wandering around the front area and sitting playing on their phones that under present rules it’s required, nice that people had food that was shouted several times I might add before they got off their phones and delivered cold and unmasked to the public. Not once was any manager out to confront them profit before health I think

Went in on Boxing Day. Quick snack one quick to park… or it should have been but the app crapped out and was useless. Poor young lady on the till did her best, but system wasn’t having the code. Called in a manager and she just go to it, retook my order in rapid fashion, distributed tasks to various members of the team (hot drinks : cold drinks : food etc)It all just came together, where normall fast food places fall apart when the s**r hits the fan.Don’t see a lot of this in hospitality with all the new staff, I’m guessing the young female manager who took charge may have been new (No stars in her badge, sorry forgot name) but she just took charge and smashed it out of the park.Well done team.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Becky made me feel comfortable and at home, she explained everything in detail. I'm in love with my eyebrows. Thank you so much x

Roz the v helpful customer care assistant was brilliant. I tipped over my packet of fries & she got me a replacement pack in no time. But it was the friendly chats & the welcoming feel I got in this MC Donald's that sealed it as my favourite franchise yet.
