Morrisons in Stockport

Absolutely the worst eating establishment I've ever been in. This cafe has been mismanaged for years. The staff are disorganised, the tables and cutlery are filthy, and the food is often lukewarm and tastes like it has been lying there for hours. That is if you're lucky enough to actually get any food as the kitchen always seems to be out of stock of whatever you order - yet they rarely update the ordering kiosk to reflect this so you get told 15 minutes after you place your order that you can't have what you wanted (and if you don't want whatever they do have in stock, getting a refund is no easy task either). Morrisons should have closed this farce years ago.

Ordered the poached egg & avocado on toast. The bread had no butter & was very dry, it was the worst poached egg I’d ever had, it was more like a hard boiled egg & was just about warm. The avocado was really cold. Won’t ever have it again. The staff were nice & helpful. No sugar or sweetener for coffee though.

Very impressed! Amazingly well laid out and organised. Food as good as always was. Staff all lovely and friendly. Observed the staff on duty today, very quick to clear and thoroughly clean tables after use. A credit to morrisons! Well done x

Great cafe this one always clean, just run out of food I only had a coffee put the staff came out to at least 3 different people to say they run out of food or what they ordered, was not got any left not ever good mostly it was fish put the coffee was lovely

Who uses a 1 inch crust for fried bread. Morrisons do!! 😂Staff forgot our toast. Tomatoes raw and cold. Coffee and toast are extra on brekkies. Better off supporting a local business.

We both had a full English breakfast and it was cold, the tomato was raw, the tinned mushrooms were horrible the bacon was cold, the only hot item was the egg, shame because it is good value, perhaps we just picked a bad day! The service was quick and the staff friendly.

Was not happt with the service or the food here. Went out for a hot lunch and was told amazing things about the Morrison's cafe however was left dissapointed when our fish and chips came served cold. Not only that there was hardly any fish with the chips, mainly batter. We didn't have enough time to actually complain about the meal as I had to get back to work but I will most definitely not ne dining here again!

Cutlery and plates always dirty, at least 1 coffee machine is always out of order food is often wrong and slow to come out. Nice staff though, just not enough of them to cope.

Clean an tidy. Fast service. Coffee is average, food is hot and good quality. Well staffed.

This is a very good place. Has a good menu and even small meals for small appetites.
