Mr Chips in Stockport

Prices have gone up which is understandable in the current climate but quality has also gone down. Large fish & chips ordered, fish certainly wasn't large & this served along with a small portion of chips. Both were soaked in oil & made uncomfortable eating, the polystyrene tray had a pool of oil on the bottom.Either increase your prices or reduce the quality of your ingredients but please don't do both....

Disgusting. Waste of my money. Chips were raw and the cheese and onion pie was stone cold. After having to spit out my second mouth full of raw chip, I flung it all in the bin. Waste of money. The dog ate the sausage but that seemed just luke warm to (not that I tried it)

All things well cooked and fresh right down to very regularly changes to cooking oil..brilliant

Looked on their website and they said they were open so went down there and they were closed even say's they are open Sunday till 9pm above the door,they need to alter their website times....

Good, quality chipshop. lunch time specials for £4.50 and a nice polite service with a smile.Thanks

The worst chippy tea we've ever had. Rock hard cold pies. Slivers of luke warm chips, many extremely sharp. Always bought here, but over the last month it has gone down hill fast!

Today I went for first time to Mr chips and I was delighted with the costumer service, the stuff was very friendly and well communicated. However, the food was very delicious and well cooked. For years I have been eaten in different fish &chips across Manchester ,but that one in Stockport I found more fresh fish and tasty. I totally recommend this shop!!

I really enjoy the food from this chippy, never had a bad meal always fresh fish very nicely cooked.I have been there tonight it took 25minutes to walk there and 25 minutes to get home only to find I was given gravy instead of curry sauce I was very disappointed the food was still lovely but there was something missing. I will go there again.
