Piccolo Italian Restaurant & Bar in Stockport

Absolutely brilliant. One of my favorite places to eat at. The food is great, the staff are lovely and the venue itself is rather cute.

First visit, and was excited to go due to other reviews. However overall I was disappointed. Whilst the atmosphere and decor was nice, I felt overlooked by the staff (had to constantly chase for drinks, food etc), and the food was average. Greasy lasagna, bland tasting lamb shank. The carbonara was the better dish out of the three. We waited approx an hour for our starters of garlic bread and dough balls! Maybe just a one off poor experience but it would take a lot of convincing for me to return.

Very nice food. Lots to choose from. Bit pricey. Friendly staff. Would be nice to receive free nibbles with first drink order before actually ordering food. Also would be nice to get free mint or chocolate after a meal. It's the little things I missed.

Weeder a lovely Italian, friendly staff, delicious food, reasonable price and a car park over the road. What more could you want?Staff were happy to help, the first table we sat at was a bit draughty, they were happy to assist and move us. 👍🏻We ordered two pasta dishes and a garlic bread to share. The food was piping hot and arrived quickly.We were in this area on a mini-moon and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.Couldn't recommend highly enough; we left a generous tip.Thanks.

Highly recommend. Went for lunch today and the food was great, staff were friendly and the decor was lovely plus great prices. Will definitely be back :)

This is the worst restaurant that I have visited in Manchester. I've just been conned out of £82 for a ridiculous starter, my partner was given a salty medallion and had to wait for her vegetables. We were made to wait for drinks whilst the waitress had a laugh with her friends. They then had the cheek to knock £2 off the bill for the worst Italian in Manchester. They just ruined our Valentines so do not get conned by this disgraceful excuse for a restaurant in Manchester. I don't even think they're worth a star, more like -10.

Lovely food and staff!! Me and my girlfriend have visited a few times and absolutely love the place!!we moved from ireland and live close by and always bring our family to this restaurant we they visited and we always leave with a happy face! There's also a man thats up singing every Saturday that we have the mess with and he makes the night 10/10!!

We had a trip to Manchester today and I have chosen this place to visit based on reviews, photos and menu. The surrounding (seating, large windows, plants and even artificial grass) made me feel like Im outside, very cozy and something I would expect from 5star restaurant (which is very hard to find in UK). The member of staff was very pleasant. The food was delicious. I did not expect vegan pizza to be so yammy. Its a shame that we live so far from this place. But if anyone asks recomendations, this place will be number 1 😊

Ate here on a Monday evening. It waa fairly busy and good atmosphere. A good choice on the menu with a selection of pastas, pizza and other Italian meals. The linguine gamberoni (king prawns) was creamy and very tasty.
