Pizza Express in Stockport

Jess was a very friendly and sweet young lady that hosted our table. You could tell she was super keen to do a good job and make my Mum and I happy.My Mum and I both commented right from her initially taking our order that we liked her as she was making extra effort to make sure our order was correct (we thought perhaps she was new).As someone who’s been in service and people management for over 10 years I always appreciate great service and within the first interaction I said to my Mum about Jess, “she’s definitely getting a tip”.Overall the rest of the team were lovely that supported our table, our food was delicious and it was very clean inside.Brilliant visit and so nice that there is a great team in Pizza Express in my home town.Thank you PizzaExpress Stockport and Jess keep up the great work!

Fabulous lunch here with my daughter, sister, niece and baby nephew. Meg and the staff couldn’t do enough for us, and made the whole experience enjoyable with 3 children! The food was delicious, catered to our needs and was enjoyed by everyone. We will definitely be back

Jamie brilliant. Customer Service by him, first class.Cared, helped persuade us through the door. Food fantastic, helpful, pink fizz fresh and cold and quality of pizza and calamari superb.Now onto coffee. Well done, deserve our 5 stars.

Great pizzas as always. I was a little disappointed with the calamari. It was just a little bit bland and boring with bread crumbs only. The service was a little slow to begin with and we weren't seen to for 5 to 10 minutes after seating. However the service afterwards was much quicker. The staff were at all times friendly and courteous.

Amazing young staff, very delicious pizzas and drinks definitely worth the wait.

Jess and Rachel were more than helpful throughout the meal and were very generous to give us a free dessert as a gift for our first outing after the birth of our baby girl. The Chicken Wings were tender and the pizzas were delicious, a perfect base and toppings packed with flavour and the service was very fast.

Just had a children's party at Pizza express Stockport and it was fabulous. Paulina, Jamie and Missy couldn’t do enough for us, kept the kids entertained the whole time. The food was delicious and such good value. We had kids from 6-14 years old and Paulina was brilliant at accommodating them all. It was stress free and kids had a great time.Thanks everyone.

Never had pizza express from Stockport but have had it elsewhere and really enjoyed it. This was a huge disappointment. Got dough balls and there was no garlic butter with it! Both pizzas tasted burnt could barely taste the toppings. One was meant to have chicken on and there was a piece of garlic on one slice. Won’t be having it again

Absolutely awful experience. I went with my friend and our two young sons for dinner. I can honestly say we would rather have starved to death (which the children nearly did) When we arrived we nearly fell over the delivery drivers in their haste to get to the serving hatch. We were seated in front of the kitchen, which made it easy for the servers to ignore us. On the plus side, our location made it easy to drop tomato sauce all down my coat without a sniff of an apology. The children were treated to burnt pasta but unfortunately missed their ice cream as they had fallen asleep after two hours of waiting. Our food was bland, cold and overpriced. We weren’t even offered a novelty hat unlike other customers - that was the icing on the cake for me. When complaining about the burnt pasta I was told they put it in the over - I can only conclude they had left it in over night. Well done Pizza Express Stockport, that’s two hours of our lives we’ll never get back

Went with my 6 year old. Quickly greeted and seated, but then had to wait a fair while before someone came to take the order.My sons food was fine but my pizza was a bit burnt underneath and that affected the taste but I was starving so just ate it.Upon wanting to pay the bill I asked for the bill and then was given that but then had to wait to pay. When the lady came she asked did I need a card machine then went a got one so I could pay.The toilets were nice and clean and had plenty of amenities.
