Pizza hut reminds me of that person you know who's not doing so great but will never admit it. You want to comfort them and be there to help but they stubbornly refuse to let you in. They prefer to suffer in silence. Like time stands still at the pizza hut nothing felt new or exciting. The staff less engaging prefering you to order through the app. The price too was still a bit steep. But I can forgive all that if the ice cream machine wasn't broken. If I as a grown adult man can't enjoy an ice cream with sprinkles and chocate sauce after paying for it can't enjoy an ice cream machine. Instead getting handed pitiable scoops from the back area. What's wrong pizza hut!?Let me in!Let me help you.But no. You put on a fake smile and pretend everythings alright.Pizza to pizzaSlice to slice...

Food was amazing, so were the drinks; however the downside is, they have made everything online. I understand why, but it takes longer to order, as usually it takes 10 mins, because someone takes your order personally, but now it took me around 45mins. Would go back, but would have to remember to come a bit earlier.

Went for buffet lunch. A largr group of vegetarians were also here so the veggie pizzas, including the plain margarita/cheese and tomato that is my girlfriend's favourite, were in short supply. Thankfully she isn't vegetarian, so grabbed pepperoni pizza and pulled the pepperoni off for me to munch. Really unusual to see the green pizzas so empty but the staff did thier best to keep up.

Really friendly helpful staff. However observed a customer cut a meat pizza with the green vegetarian server and left it with the meat pizza.A member of staff observed this and assumed they were gonna replace server. However they just moved the contaminated cutlery back to the vegetarian section.Gave it two stars because I'm not a veggie. My partner however is.So we won't be using again

The worst Pizzahut ever. Went there at lunchtime 4 tables in, I got ignored by a stuck-up waitresss. Then came the food, that was another story, overdone pasta, pure mush! Pizzas were so chewy I had to look again to see if it was Pizzahut. The number of customers in that afternoon just proved my point. Terrible to say the least, then again, it seems the locals know this and avoid it!I wouldn't normally go to Pizzahut but was an hour early for an appointment and thought I'd have quick lunch! What a disappointment.

Friendly server, understanding when my son spilt his drink for the umpteenth time, server so came over through main course and asked if everything was okay with the food. Food was delicious too

The mobile ordering system sucks. Completely. I'm not a technophobe, in fact I'm the exact opposite. Given the chance I'd choose electronic because it's normally easier to specify what I want, but oh my lord. Not only did they miss the point with this system, I think they missed the whole concept. It was slow, difficult to navigate, and took way longer than it should have. I just wanted to order 7 individual pizzas, 7 drinks, and 7 deserts. It took forever and, if I had to bet, I'd say they made it convoluted on purpose so getting a good deal became difficult.I won't be visiting any store in the future that has this system. Full stop.On top of that, the minimal staff present were now uninterested. Probably because their engagement with the customers has been reduced to showing them to their table and clearing up after them, which they unfortunately failed to do after I ordered deserts. I was brought over the bowls for the ice-cream factory, but the pizza plates and platters were just left there. So much so that I cleared my own table and took my plates and cutlery over to the desk myself. At which point I was greeted with a grunt, not a thanks, not an apology, just a grunt. I'm not surprised though, I'd be kinda annoyed if most of my job was outsourced to a website so the company I work for can lay off a load of workers and save money.I will say the food was cooked well, and brought out promptly after I managed to order, but if this experience was a product, I'd send it back as unfit for purpose and get a refund.

Extremely overpriced for the quality received, on arrival we were advised to order online, food was served fairly quickly but was greasy and very little flavour. My children asked for the ice cream factory for desert, all the shaker bottles were pretty much empty and the area was extremely sticky and dirty.

Popped in last week and really enjoyed the food. Pizzas were hot and fresh and we were served by a young lady who was very pleasant. Maddie I Think. Nice and clean tables and we haven’t been since restrictions had ended so I was very impressed. Great value and friendly staff.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely grim this place. Not once were we asked if the food was OK. Rude staff. Dirty hole. Pizzas were OK at best. Chips were awful, like they'd been done in a microwave. Toilets were absolutely filthy. Scandalous prices, shocking customer service. It was that bad Its actually put me off ever going to any pizza hut ever again. Avoid like the plague. Photo is of some filthy swill the staff had thrown outside the door & then closed it. Then all customers were walking through it & treading it into the restaurant (I wouldn't call it a restaurant) So, so bad. GRIM!
