Nice enough pub on the main drag through Heaton Moor. Service wasn't great, but possibly it was because it was late on a bank holiday Monday. I'd like to think they could have managed a cup of tea for a designated driver though....

Food, drinks and the service are definitely worth coming back for. It’s always the pie and veggies for me. Reasonably priced for the quality.

Recently visited the Plough and was blown away by how cosy and stylish it is. Food was banging - really tasty and great value - and the staff were great. Had a great night, will definitely be coming back soon!

Have not been here before staff were all really nice&welcoming very dog friendly. Very dark.inside had trouble reading the menu. Also was expensive for 2 people . I have been to other places that are less expensive & had the same sort.of food.

The Plough has got to be my favourite pub. Everything is spot on, every time. You can see the staff really enjoy working here which is evident from the moment you sit down, and they pass that friendliness over to the guests. The style, the atmosphere, the food, it’s always as it should be. The craft ale selection is excellent (and has its own menu!)The pub quiz is hilarious. I recommend making your Thursday night the new start to the weekend and book a table. A great vibe when tables of teams interact with one another and have a laugh together. Always look forward to going whether it’s for a quick pint or for an occasion.

Went in for lunch for the first time today, after one visit it is safe to say I have found my new favourite lunch spot. We had a friendly welcome from the man working and his service was excellent. The food was delicious, we had the chicken sandwich and fish sandwich and shared the halloumi fries, it was all great and the ingredients all tasted very good quality. The decor inside is beautiful.

From the delicious food to the amazingly friendly staff. The ale and beers was a big thumbs up from my husband. Gorgeous little pub but lots of seating areas including outside. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Absolutely underrated! We had lunch in the beer garden, which by the way has brilliant art work! We had the tapas menu, 3 tapas for £11, there were 8 on the menu and 2 of us so we shared 6 of them! Incredible! Lovely surprise, with friendly welcoming staff and yummy puddings! Great place for all, our 2 year old especially liked the chorizo and crayons for colouring!
