Visited this place today with my sister in law.After waiting half an hour for a piece of cheese on toast when it came it was ot what I expected.I asked the staff if I could change it for something also and was immediately hit with an attitude from one of the staff.I ordered something else and handed my money over and was then told I had to leave the shop because I complained.I asked to speak to the manager and was told by the staff member who told me to leave that it was her mum while she was smirking at me and wobbling her head.Then was told if I didn't leave the shop she would get somebody to get me out?A man came out the back of the shop. I explained to him that I wasn't raising my voice and just wanted something to eat.Again being told over and over again to get put of the shop.I had handed £10 over to pay for what I ordered and was then told that I didn't??So on top of her rude attitude I was also accused of being a liar!!!That girl seriously needs an attitude check and lessons in customer relations!!ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR!!!!!!

Good place for people to meet, eat, snack, drink. Reasonably priced. If you want sausage or bacon sandwich there is a time limit.I was on own and had sausage sarni and pot of tea. Nice, good price and got 3+ cups out of pot !Good service too

Really great staff, great prices on food items, very popular but always find a seat, go two or three times a week. look out for Kerry and Laura they will look after you. The rest of the staff are good too but i forgot their names. Enjoy

Living in Woodley we regularly enjoy the facilities of StartPoint.Customer service is brilliant, and food/drinks lovely.We don't use the computer or communityservices on offer, but marvel at the scopeof help and opportunities to develop ITskills. Recommended.

Lovely friendly staff make this a great place to go and make their customers feel very welcome. They're helpful with suggestions from the menu or offering alternatives if they're running short on something. The place is very comfortable and the standard of cleanliness is very high. There are a variety of choices of types of place to sit which also makes for a very comfortable feeling. There's plenty of choice on the menu and staff are happy to discuss or adapt things if you should need to. The food was tasty and arrived reasonably soon after ordering. Prices are very reasonable and great value for what you get. I've been several times now and will not hesitate to visit again when I'm in that area.

Best milkshake I've EVER HAD.Staff are friendly and talkative.Good simple options.Great for people who write on laptops (but you have to use the bt open zone or their FREE TO USE computers to get wifi.) Also there are no charging points (plugs) to be seen.
