I’ve just waited for 15 minutes to get to the front of the cafe queue. I ordered a tea and a jacket potato and get told it’s another TWENTY MINUTES for food!!!! It’s supposed to be a cafe for goodness sake .

Staff start to serve you then go off & do something else. Waiting nearly 10 mins. In the end l was told they had gone on there break.

We had small English it was fine... never been to a supermarket cafe before..handy if you're peckish .
