Food nice for pub grub, I like how you order from your table on the app still. The hot choc fudge cake so nice!. Pricing fine 3 of us with drinks mains and puds for 40 quid . Cant complain . Tis a bit noisy though with the drinkers.

This was about the best of a bad bunch of pubs I went in think we should have made this pub are only stop beer was reasonably priced and their was a good crowd in.I can honestly say i won't be having a night out in stockport anytime in the foreseeable future!! Good job I had good company or it would have been a very early night. Though we did managed to get barred at one pub lol think we broke the no music no swearing and no laughing rule.

full of down and outs who come in filthy work clothes but they don't work staff are rude and lose the place money by not knowing what there doing or being jobs worth's

Called by for a few beers and burger etc for tea . Served promptly and when requested , staff member Rhys cleared our table and promised to return to wipe it clean . It was several minutes later before he could return . We watched him rush and I mean rush , (that was his default mode for the 2 hours we spent in the pub ) in and out of the kitchen with food , then utensils and condiments before he came back to wipe our table and apologise for my beer being sold out and offer alternatives . He had to apologise once more when the cider ran out that my wife was drinking , taking time to explain why . Before we left he wished us safe journey and hoped we had enjoyed our visit .

I had not been in for ages, but I was impressed. Nice decor, good customer service, and quicker than expected service from waiting staff. Ordered the food and within 10 minutes it had come.A large selection of food and drink available, and reasonably priced. Ideal for: date nights, casual meet ups and families.

Cheap, decent, for the most part, ale served in functional surroundings. With only a few exceptions I have found staff to be friendly and efficient, but being fair they are not particularly clued up about the beer, or indeed the spirits on sale. Any food ordered is invariably served promptly and is generally perfectly acceptable considering the price you pay. A budget location within which you can while away a few hours

Spacious but not cosy, unless you get a booth type table. Hence 3 stars. It simply caters for large numbers. My food was good and the staff were helpful and accommodating. I'd go again.

Good food. Wide range of breakfast, mains, sides, drinks...

This is a large wetherspoons with a small seating area out front and a larger beer garden out the back. With lots of seating indoors although it was Friday evening so there wasn't anywhere to sit which made this a short visit.Update, we recently visited for food and it was awful the steak was inedible full of grizzle and fat 🤢
