The Canadian Charcoal Pit in Stockport

Never had a bad experience from Canadian charcoal pit. Great food and the staff are really nice. Can't fault them. Mexican steak burger is great if you like a bit of spice and the chicken strippers knock the socks off KFC!

Great pizza really tasty. The shop is cash only but if you order online you can pay by card or PayPal and you get a discount for collection. Highly recommended

How difficult is it to do kebab and chips. No piece of meat larger than 7cm. Basically they have dragged out the scraping of the c**p meat then to add insult to injury the fries were hard without crispness, refried to warm up.. it's a kebab shop how hard is it, I bet if it were to be served to family this rubbish wouldn't do. Absolutely rubbish.

Asked if the burgers were halal. Was advised yes by the guy behind the counter who was frothing at the mouth as he was about to take my money..A delivery driver told me the burgers are halal but they are cooked on the same grill as non halal meat.Left immediately and the guy behind the counter I assume just wanted my money rather than be truthful...It's not halal once it touches or is cooked with non halal meat..Thank you delivery driver!

I went here to get a chicken kebab as Anatolian Turkish Grill was shut a few months ago. The food was okay but nothing on the kebabs across the road.

Love this place for takeaway!!! Staff are friendly on the phone, and are always in good time with the delivery. The food we received tonight was hot, and made to specification.Husband had the donner wrap and I had a small chicken kebab, and the meat was cooked to perfection. The delivery driver is on time and polite. We would definitely recommend this takeaway.

Disgraceful! Dont order from this takeaway, wrong order, cold & ordered diet coke as I'm diabetic type 1 ended up with full fat coke. Called up about ordered on 4 occasions was rude each time I had called as it was over a hour and a half late. Called to ask for money back and got a VERY RUDE MAN swearing down the phone. Not worth the hassle and waste of money!

Wonderfully caring customised service. Got to know our staff very quickly and making our day with lovely messages on our pizza box.I work at a bar that has plenty of very satisfied customers, they're always going the extra mile for people and they're so polite and accommodating, it's an absolute joy to order from them!They shall be having all my custom and recommendations from now on.Thank you so much for your wonderful service guys! Ordered from here on a whim, used to go here regularly way way back but went through a rough patch where the food declined, but second chances and all that.The food arrived 20 minutes earlier than expected. The driver was in and out like a bullet, had to call him back for a tip.The kebab wasn't my style, I prefer a spicier / peppery donner, there were nothing wrong, but the chicken and shish was cooked perfectly, nice and juicy. Over all really good mixed Donner. Little pricey at first glance but the quality of the meat shows.The 8oz burger meals are served in a large almost shoebox thing, the 8 Oz burger was thick and juicy, with a good texture, wasn't just mashed up meat, was kinda chunky and I'd guess home made or at least hand made. Loads of chips in the box.The only complaints I have are1, the online order for the meal deal doesn't give you the option to select the drink type, but a quick phone call or a note added to the app, and it's sorted.2, a little light on the salad,there were an average/balanced amount for presentation but I like salad. Next time will asked for extra salad, and update accordingly.Overall definitely order the burger meal again, and wouldn't hesitate to order a chicken or shish kebab, for others who like a milder kebab meat this is the place for you.
