Even when this pub was your typical boozer the food was still ranked really high so after the refurb it's still absolutely spot on. Another local on my doorstep so winner winner for me 😁

Cannot recommend everything about this place enough. The food, the staff, the venue. We had a wake there just recently and given the sad circumstances, it was a lovely afternoon

The Sunday lunches are unbelievable!!. How they make a profit is a mystery to me.A three, ( 3), meat meal with ALL the trimmings for what they charged me is ridiculous.Cannot fault their food ethics in any way at all.Long may they reign.

Fancied a roast dinner and didnt have anything in. What a delight it was to have a lamb and chicken Sunday roast delivered to your house by these guys. Really tasty, great portion size and fantastic value for money. Friendly service too..highly recommended.. Get involved 👍

Great place after lockdown staff friendly and very helpful beer is spot on highly recommend this place definitely go back when restrictions are over to try food and atmosphere.

I have never been to the finger post before and was looking for a venue for my little boys christening. I couldn't have found a better place for my party. Not only is the pub beautiful but the staff are warm and friendly and the food was amazing! We had looked at local golf clubs and hotels but the finger post was not only the best for price but space and quality too. I will certainly be making this my local pub if only to try the wonderful looking Sunday roasts that were passing by!!! All in all it was a magical day made even better by the fantastic barmaid who couldn't do enough to help and the best venue choice I could have made!

Great Robinsons pub, sells a variety of Robinsons beers and Ales, large car park to the rear which is accessed from Lowndes Lane. Function room available for hire, for christenings etc
