The Little Hideout Cafe in Stockport

The breakfasts in the pictures look lovely, so others may have more luck, but we thought this place was 'just okay'... I had a toasted crumpet, so that can't really go wrong. But we also ordered the avacado on toast and it tasted a bit... odd.. Like it had been finished off with a fry in a pan used to cook bacon. It was oddly greasy, which isn't what you imagine when you order avacado. Coffees were fine, but the americano was too weak.

I love this place. We visit the hideout every weekend either for a sit in full English or breakfast barms to takeaway and every weekend they are absolute perfection! Richard and his staff are second to none, service is always great and the prices are very reasonable. Great value for money (&quality!). Their barbecue events are equally great. The food is delicious and with such a friendly atmosphere you really can't go wrong. I also love their home made Portuguese tarts, that are usually sold every Sunday 😍 Support local! ❤️

Excellent, lovely little local cafe friendly staff. Had a great cheese and ham Panini and a latte will definitely visit again only live round the corner.

Lovely friendly service. The coffee is amazing, and there are several dairy free alternatives! Also, the cakes are treats are delicious. I would particularly recommend the millionaires flapjack slices, incredible!! 😋

A perfect pub. Old fashioned, welcoming, slightly tatty, good food, wines and beer, not over priced and staff attentive but not pushy. This is about The Jolly Sailor pub in Davenport!!
