Really enjoyable with superb choice of drinks.

The most superb pub. Full of interesting people and ran by a great guy in Billy. Has a superb array of German biers most importantly but plenty of others too

No frills just retro pub feel with very friendly customers and staff. Large selection of beers. Great place

·

I had a really nice pint from the local Chadkirk Brewing Co. Really great pub.

·

Pleasant area downstairs which can be accessed from the beer garden at the back if stairs are an issue.

·

Popped in for a quick drink. Very warm welcome from owners, superb selection of beers and was able to bring in my dog. It was great. Pubs like this are a rarity.

·

Really nice beer and friendly pub.

·

Gem of a pub on Marple High Street, with six cask ales, five keg beers, and a menu of Belgian, Trappist and German bottled beers. Plenty of seats, some outside space, and a log burner downstairs. Fantastic!

What a place! Its like stepping back in time. Good selection of Ales and lagers. Comfy, cosy surroundings. There's even board games, books and an excellent selection of cartoons in the toilets to keep you entertained whilst you do what you need to.
