Love this place, great atmosphere not pretentious, real good cooking.

We felt very rushed and I didn't really enjoy the food.

Called in last night for my birthday meal to takeaway...food had already been prepared early and boxed...lovely, well made food and very good value for money...very nice friendly staff...

Went lastnight (a Thursday) just my boyfriend and I. Food was fantastic so fresh and piping hot! Our waiter was lovely and the atmosphere was perfect, lovely local authentic Italian restaurant. Our first time, but definitely not our last, can't wait to come back with our families.

My review is for both the cafe and restaurant. The cafe doesn't provide the food that most people would buy. It always looks empty most of the time and I've never seen any advertising for it.It could be a lovely cafe if the right food is served.The food in the restaurant is very nice, but I feel that the young waiters aren't respected for the job that they do. I have noticed on a few occasions the chef doesn't treat the staff very well either. In fact I'm surprised they have any staff.

Fantastic waitress service and food was delicious. Really enjoyed my mains and the dessert was amazing. Speedy service with a smile. Nice atmosphere and very clean throughout. Can't wait to return for another meal in the near future.

Unacceptable waiting for my food to be delivered, I've ordered a Pizza and Ive been asked if I was ok to wait 1 hour for the food to be delivered and I was fine with it. It was 6 o clock pm at 7.45pm I haven't still received it so I call them back and they said my food was ready and they're waiting for delivery driver.. ok I wait.. at 8.45pm no food has arrived yet and again I call them, they says that my food is with the driver about 2 minutes away from my home.. is now 9pm and no food has yet arrived.just be honest guys and tell me right away that you have too much work load or whatever happens in your kitchen but don't let people hungry and waiting for food that is not arriving.. at least I'm now expecting a very cold dish when it'll come .. if it will.It actually have just arrived whilst writing this feedback.. the food is really cold and the pizza is wrong... I've ordered a Puttanesca and received a mixed mushrooms spinach thing .. and definitely not looks like an Italian one.. said from an Italian !

The woman on the phone was absolutely spectacular with handling customer service. Definitely consider a pay rise!The food was EXTRAORDINARY. I ordered the pepper steak that came with beautiful veg and a garlic bread with cheese. After a long day of work it completely filled my appetite. It came even quicker than the ETA. I will most definitely be returning/ordering again!
