Place looks clean and tidy. I had the Full English breakfast with coffee. I found the the beans to be very dry, along with the sausage was very rubber like dry. The had brown was not eatable, rock hard and dry. If I was to go back it'll be only for the toast and coffee. Also they serve food on plastic cutlery. The staff also lack initiative and the manager is as useful as a chocolate teapot.

Asda Ashton has all the groceries you need with a good selection of foods from around the world, including an excellent Sushi Bar, and a good clothing section for your clothing needs. Asda Ashton also has a cafe which is well priced and offers many satisfying deals.

I have several times queried a price discrepancy in this store, for the same item each time, and the issue was still ongoing as of today. Young man, one of the floor walkers with headset, didn't crack a smile or apologise when I mentioned it, and said he'd sort it out as he flounced off. Another lady with headset a week ago said, with a dismissive air, that she'd deal with it. I knew she wouldn't as she barely even looked at the product. Today a checkout operator had to change the price and she was as rude as she ever is (Shar___) Customer Services are usually very good; have been there several times to get refunds due to being overcharged!

The store is dark and dingy. Fresh good are sold loose with not even paper bags to put them in. Toilets are broken and filthy. Deliberately keep the manned registers minimally staffed to force you to use the self checkout, but don't reduce the price for doing their job.I'd complain to the company, but not even their feedback form on their website works. You get what you pay for. Not much.

Was 24 hours randomly changed. Apparently cigarettes can only be bought before 10pm. So total waste of a journey. Had 25 minutes to shop and no cigarettes.

I shop at this store monthly and it's normally a decent shopping experiences. Depending on when you go and what time you get there the items you want may not be there and the veg might be a bit disgusting. So you'd usually have to go quite early.

I live close to this asda and have used it for around 20 years never had any faults but for around the past 4 year I have been treated like a thief by 1 member of staff she has reddish brown hair and works on the self checkout mostly shes very suspicious of every one and when I purchase my plastic bags and pay at the till before I collect them she has pulled me and asked to see my receipt I have obliged multiple times but she has a really bad attitude towards customers

I have shopped at this store for several years. Some days before Xmas 2020, I bought a £100 Amazon gift card from them and the person I gave it told me that when they tried to use it the card was said to be invalidI asked for it back and went to the shop yesterday the 21st December to have it looked into.I eventually saw one of the managers who told me that it had absolutely nothing to do with them and I should contact Amazon. I had the night before spent over 2 hours on a chat line with AmazonWho said, after having all the card details photographed and uploaded to them, said that we should contact Asda to resolve the issue and it had nothing to do with them. They questioned whether the card was fake!Be wary when buying gift cards this season.

I shop at this store at least twice a week. I went in yesterday afternoon with my three children. I had a double pram and was pushing a shopping trolley. Whilst paying at the self check out, I had some issues with my card. They got Tom the manager/supervisor over the help me resolve the issue. He printed a receipt out and told me he would help and push my three year old son in the shopping trolley so I wasn't struggling with the double pram. As I've started to walk off my son began to cry, as I turned, the man was behind me without the shopping trolley and had left my three year old son alone at self service, I asked what he was doing, to be told ' he's fine, we will only be a few minutes' my son was in tears and the till we was going to was out of sight. I'm disgusted that after offering to help, he then took it upon himself to decide to leave my son alone without telling me. Luckily I noticed right away. He was very rude and wouldn't listen to me when I was telling him my problem with my card too.

Huge store with loads of choice and some great bargains. Fruit and vegetables were good condition and tidy. Lots of products in every department. Store also has a cafe, a pharmacy, an opticians and a flower store. Sunday hours are 1030-430 and is open 24 hours during the week.
