This place gave food poisoning to my friend and she is very sick right now and we called to let them know and the person on the phone just says “okay..okay” no communication skills. An apology and reassurance that they will look into the issue should have been said. So my friend asked them to look into it. A few minutes later we called again to ask if they looked into it. And he said yes. He still didn’t apologise AGAIN. So we brought up, the overall experience was not pleasant. The food has bad presentation, not a good menu, overpriced and the poisoning. Then the man started to gaslight her and say she never called for the food poisoning but to ask for a refund… SIR, we called to notify about food poising and later called to check you have checked up on it…

Dreadful Memphis Wings and poor value. Horrible sauce, barely any blue cheese in the dip. Wings needed to be crispier. I'd have been better spending more at Burger king

Fine service. Otherwise terrible. Tiny portions, extremely tired furniture, and crazy prices. Had this tiny thing thing for £9.75. Astronomically poor value.

Yes airport prices (but maybe try southern Ireland 😏) but excellent food, ordered blue cheese burger and mac and cheese, came presented well with a friendly smile, hot and very tasty. All staff wearing masks and tables cleaned after each use. 🙂

Airport prices obviously and good for breakfast, just not gourmet.Staff were friendly and the queues were moving quickly to make sure everyone was served.Cash and card accepted, as well as contactless ordering too.Pint of Estrella lager is £6.35. Giraffe next door is slightly cheaper.Nice view of the runway and plenty of seating dotted around, but I imagine at busy times can get a bit hectic.

AWFUL. We ordered 2 beers and 1 dish. You can only order through your phone, which is allready a pain, you must put your phone number and/or email. I refuse to give this PRIVATE information, so I invented the mail.We only received 1 beer, so I asked where was the other. The waitress was rude and said that if I didn't have the receipt there was nothing she could do. So I produced the SMS I received from my bank to prove that I DID pay for 2 beers. She just shrugged her shouders and walked away. I asked to talk to the manager and she told me that he would answer the same thing. So I had to standup and look for him. I asked for the menu. He told me that they DIDN'T HAVE A MENU, that everything had to be done online !!!(In my country this is not legal, the menu with the prices has to be accessible to all clients, even the ones that don't have a mobile phone). I showed the SMS but he argued that it said Manchester Airport and not the name of the restaurant!!! Finaly after a long discussion he agreed to bring the beer I was missing.By the way the APP asks for a tip BEFORE you are even served. Maybe it's because I didn't give any that this hapenned.NEVER AGAIN.Avoid this place

After 30 minutes of waiting for an app order of drinks, I went to the bar to chase up the order only to be rudely told by a female member of staff at the bar “well it happens.” And then she proceeded to ignore me and move on to the next person in line. If I had her name I’d take this complaint further but there was only one female bar tender when we were here (nov 19th at 11am) so hopefully management can figure it out and act accordingly. As it stands we won’t have our order by the time we need to leave for our gate.

Avoid ! My husband and I had breakfast there this morning.we ordered a full English and a vegetarian breakfast. The portions were tiny. My husband got toast and I got none. I asked why I didn't get any toast and was told because I did not pay for it. Yet toast was not on the menu as an extra. The menu said sausage would come with his. It didn't. We are still hungry !!!Very poor customer service. Wont be going back.

When you are in an airport late afternoon on a business trip, and you didn't have lunch at all, on Covid times, and you find there is only one non-fast-food open place, your expectation level is not very high, particularly, on the service side. And then, we found a fantastic place, with good food, and a guy like Andy, that lives to satisfy his customer's needs even when he was the last olive of the can. Thank you, Andy, for my now best experience on an airport restaurant.

Almost £15 to microwave a frozen burger made with questionable mince (slathered in sugar sauce to mask the source). Possibly the worst thing I've ever eaten.
