My go to place in the Ashton area! Great customer service everytime. Gave my son Ashfak a mild curry on the house when I told them he was sensitive to spice. Thank you again Baasi, would give 6 stars if I could.

Ordered 11.98 worth of food from this place through Uber Eats, we waited 2 hrs to be told they had cancelled our order.... to make matters worse we did not even get a refund.... well upset as we were isolating and had to wait a further 30 mins for a new order which was from Bollywood.... save your time and money and order from Bollywood and under no circumstance order from Bombay Spice unless you want to lose your money and go hungry. Shocking service. I will be making sure everyone I know avoids this place. Use Bollywood they are so much better. Hopefully the word travels and this place folds. Dont order from them and tell your friends not to either.Very disappointed 😞 cuatomer

Disgraceful. I ordered on UberEats, wait over 35 minutes more than scheduled time. I had to go there and ask for my food. Food wasn't nice at all, missing items, absolutely disappointing. Never again.

Ordered a takeaway the other night via foodhub and with an eta of 30-45mins. After 2hrs i asked foodhub why it’s not here and what can they do. They told me it upto the restaurant to deliver as long as it comes its fine even if it 6 hours late! Phoned the restaurant and got told it be out shortly after 2hrs. 2hrs 30 came phoned and got told traffic and he make it up next time. Won’t be a next time. Food came all cold and sweaty from where the condensation has bounced back made chips and kebab like wet toilet paper. Left negative feedback on FoodHub and guess what. They filter it and just show the 200+ 5* reviews from 2016. What a load of bol*oxs.

Disgraceful place. Extremely rude staff. Ordered food, which took an hour and a half to arrive just for a kebab, then they got the order completely wrong so I rang them up to tell them for them to just deny it and start telling us to “do one” and to “f off” multiple times. Very rude, nasty staff. Do not order from here.
