Bridgefield Curry Lounge in Tameside

We booked a table for 8. The booking was taken by an actual person not automated. We arrived and the place was in darkness. It was closed. We rang the number we used to book and got no reply.

Nice decor n traditional music but food a let down.Poppadoms stale and the waiter brought out more 3 times but every time...stale!Chicken pakoras dry.Main was runny and chicken dry.Not a return for us.

Food was excellent couldn't fault it low score was due to the fact web site offers 2 main meals for the price of one but when I asked why it wasn't deducted from the bill told they didn't do it anymore but still advertising it on the website ☹️☹️ Need to update ASAP

Lovely staff. Nice and clean. I love lamb tikka and every time I've eaten here it's always good quality which I've struggled to find anywhere else.. can't fault it at all

Really lovely restaurant, friendly staff. Amazing food. Great value for money. I cant thinking about how delicious my chicken tikka was, would strongly recommend you tried it.

Had takeaway tonight from here, ordered at 6pm it didnt turn up. Until 745, when it arrived it was cold and tasted as though it had been made 3 days before. Tried to contact them to find out when takeaway was going to arrive and was given an automated line telling me no one could take my call.Poor service awful food and would not recommend at all.

Very nice place the food was very nice and the staff were v friendly. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to try something different

You should try this restaurant. Delicious food at almost half the price of other curry lounges. Good service and a mix and match your sauces and meal options so creating your own meal. Or if you wish ask the waiter to recommend. Very friendly staff. They also do takeaway meals/banquets not done takeaway myself as I prefer the restaurant experience. Around £15 a head with a soft drink or coffee.
