Visited Fai Wong for a rare treatOrdered salt and pepper ribs, vegetable spring rolls and chips and prawn toastWhen I got home, a 20 minute walk, there were no chips. The rest of the food was just pure grease and inedible.Had to throw it all away and make a chip sandwich with oven chipsCannot recommend this takeaway under any circumstances

Worst service I've ever had. Ordered Singapore style vermicelli no pork kung po chicken (comes with either rice or chips) salt n pepper chips, got home there was pork in the vermicelli. Called back they wouldnt deliver so had to go all the way back for it. Went to get my meal out (kung po) there was no rice or chips. So I called back and apparently they dont ask if you want chips or rice anymore because if you order any other form of chips on the order they will automatically decide that that's your side for your meal. I said no one mentioned that to me but apparently it was my fault for not listening properly when she read back my order like I'm supposed to be a mind reader.

Awesome and yummy food, I love the mood this spot has, and the workers were nice. I will surely visit here next time.

First time eating here, order was wrong so I took one of the meals back to ask what it was, ordered satay and when asked the lady said it was Cantonese sauce, then once she checked the order she told me it was satay and accused me of being a serial complainant despite it being my first time. I left before I got angry, food was genuinely lovely even if it was wrong.

Ordered food at 7:45pm. Told it would be 40 minutes. I have just rung to find out where our order is - it’s now 9:10pm - only to be told she doesn’t know if or when the order will be delivered as they’ve got a new delivery driver!! Unbelievable! Won’t be ordering from them again ☹️

Come here often for food it’s great ! I wouldn’t recommend taking notice of other reviews until you tried it, they could get a little busy there but that’s because they’re very popular! Great food great service!
