Gun Inn in Tameside

The room to hire is great for family celebrations. I've used it several times and always a great atmosphere. The staff are extremely helpful and even in the bar area itself, is a great place to be. Again the staff are top rank and some of the locals in there are brilliant, with a good old fashioned traditional pub atmosphere.

Lovely well run local pub. Great landlord and landlady. Good beer and great selection. Perfect location for functions with a free function room upstairs. No food at the moment, but a lovely local pub.

Although it was busy the service was quick and easy. Nice pub.

Wonderful atmosphere. Staff amazing and cant do enough to make your visit memorable. Food is home cooked and VERY reasonably priced. A must if you in the area.

Restaurant/pub quite upon arrival and with plenty of seating available upstairs and down in the main bar area.The pub would benefit from a midweek special menu/offer as this would attract more customers.The food was typical pub food. (More beans and less chips needed with pie)The pub was a little on the cold side, but we are in the awkward season change so I can forgive that one.I will be back for a second visit.
