So the staff are lovely, but the food was horrendous. I appreciate the whole cook fresh thing, but it comes out gritty, too hard, and not very tasteful. I'm not an expert in Chinese cuisine, but I did used to be a head chef. There was many times I took the chicken out of my mouth and put it back because it was extremely overcooked and chewy...Me and my fiance didn't eat much at this buffet, we had around 4 plates of small items between us. So as you can appreciate we didn't eat anything near to what the other people ate around us who kept ordering and ordering, with that being said. I asked to take some chicken home that I had left on the plate to give to my dog.... I got told no...Little heads up if you have a polite customer who respects the food waste policy and wants to make use of the items he paid for then don't say no.Overall experience : don't go decor is terrible and the food is below par.

Absolutely disgusting won't be going again and would never recommend no information on any food allergies. Starters was mediocre when brought mains out 2 dishes was cold and shredded beef had no beef in what's so ever. Had the cheek to try and charge full price as sent food back and said we had wasted food and time. Not a good restaurant at all staff not got a clue .

Ordered through just eat with an estimated 35-50 minute wait time. After 1hr 15 minutes I phoned the restaurant to be told our order hadn’t left with the driver yet. I requested an order cancellation so I could place an order at a different restaurant and was refused a cancellation. Still waiting for the food 1hr 45 minutes later. I’m afraid I wouldn’t recommend.

We received an order from here with a hair in the food after an hours wait. When we confronted them with this we were met with by a rude and obnoxious staff member who refused to refund our meal even having received photographic proof.

Absolutely disgusting. Ate upstairs in the restraunt and overhead the restaurant manager tell the waitresses to reuse already used prawn crackers and sauce dishes. The waitresses don't even get to keep there tips. We tipped them £5 and it went straight into the till. She complains rudely when paying by card. The same woman dropped food on the floor, picked it up and put it back on the plate. This place needs shutting asap

Ordered a takeaway, shredded beef - this was just about ok. Special satay - this was just about ok too. deep fried squid - this was the worst squid I've ever eaten it was rock hard and tasteless. Paid extra for egg fried rice however the rice was just boiled with and egg in it. The sweet and sour sauce was like water. Ended up throwing the lot on the bin.I rang them up and asked them if it was fresh and was told it was frozen. The lady said "I like to buy everything frozen".Explained that it wasnt very nice and was told that she'd tell the chef and just hung up. Very bad customer service and experience.Definitely not the type of food I'd expected and certainly not from a restaurant/takeaway

Well it's the first time I've ever used this as I don't have take aways very often, but you know what, I had the chicken chow mein and it was absolutely gorg. I recommend this place totally.. 5 stars..

Paid £20 each for the buffet. Duck or sizzling steaks required a few quid extra each. Plus desserts are not included in the price. The waitress was very pushy when it came to ordering food; she will argue with you if she thinks you have ordered too much, even though it states on the menu if too much food is left over you will be charged for that dish. Also once you have moved onto the mains, you are no longer allowed to order starters. The aromatic duck is the best thing on the menu but unfortunately we couldn't order this anymore as we'd already started on the mains. Probably won't come here again

Never going back again!!! Egg fried rice was just boiled rice. Chicken balls were soggy. The sweet and sour sauce was watery and tasted like vinegar. Chips were OK. Literally had to chuck the whole thing in the bin what a waste of money!!! After this trauma we bought mcdonald's to actually get some nice food!!!
