KFC Drive Thru in Tameside

Always leave out something from our order: usually the popcorn chicken on a Party Bucket. Regularly burn the oil making the coating on the chicken taste revolting. Avoid and drive to the next KFC in Hyde, Oldham, Gorton or Denton if you need your chicken fix.

Just typical KFC. Have to say we struggled with the self order system. And there was no paper to produce a receipt. We also asked for table service through the app. But we were expected to pick up ourselves, see counter intuitive and not what I call table service. But hey we got our meal and yes I would go back again.Been again, much better, very quick and efficient. Chips were particularly nice.

They are always saying "We don't have Crush'ems" every time you go here, which is a quite dissapointing since it has been EVERY time, then the next issue is the food tastes like it was cooked 2 hours ago, dried up chicken.Now they are giving you your drink in these stupid cups that are tiny, getting less bang for your buck and the cups have no room for a STRAW!! Meaning you have to open the cup and sip it without spilling it all over the place.

The best KFC in or around this area the food is always fresh and well prepared and well presented and packed, the staff are always friendly and helpful and polite.It's worth travelling a short distance to go to rather than our local one in failsworth (which is rubbish).

Drive thru should close at 11pm and I went at 9:45 and it was closed of. Going inside was not an option as that closed at 9pm. If I was 15 minutes before closing I'd understand but closing over an hour early is ridiculous and I was not the only driver who's custom was lost last night. Would stay away after the place closes and only drive thru open as its not reliable

Worst KFC food i ever tasted and sorry to say this. We ordered in Uber eats. Food which we ordered was not hot except corn on cob. Chicken piece was very soggy and oil was dripping as seen in pictures. The lettuce used in our zinger burger and vegan burger were not fresh and some looked pale yellow and seems were out for long and old. The vegan burger patty was very dry and was not hot. Totally a much upset food I ever tasted

Absolutely disappointed service wrong order even though I ordered through machine ordered a child's popcorn meal absolutely red hot to the touch corn on the cob even I couldn't hold it rude staff unacomidating milkshake lids had no holes for straws so could eat my meal peacefully as had to hold daughters milkshake so sh didn't spill it everywhere never again will I go there if u concentrated on your customers that come to your outlet instead of rushing yiur jest eat uber eats out u may be able to do your job I was struggling to hold my daughter and carry a tray fill of food not one member of staff offered to help even though had masks on discusting

Always good from here, the gravy could do with being a bit thicker(but that’s just my preference). Telephone reception not always great in that location so take a screenshot of your membership number if using drive through.

We were sick for days after visiting. Very unpleasant staff. We ordered to the table, there was no information that they don't deliver to table and at kiosk we were suggested to use it. We waited about 45min and no one even bothered to tell us that there was food waiting for us at the counter.Dirty surroundings. Never go there again.

Zinger stacker burger was a bit dry and tasteless. I don't mind the new chips but hardly got any with the regular (about 15 chips, seriously!). Best thing about the meal was the gravy.
